Back at it again on VICIOUS BLACK is Melbourne based producer BAZ EMERA with “How It Feels”. 

With his previous collaborative release “Let You Back” catching the attention of house heads SONNY FODERA, MOTEZ, JULIET FOX and HARRIS ROBOTIS to name but a few, his first solo outing is set to once again keep the purest of house aficionados happy. 

On “How It Feels” Baz brings proper summertime vibes to his production, with upbeat piano chords paired perfectly with a 90’s inspired organ, a deep rolling bassline and a soulful, beautiful female vocal hook to boot. We enlisted the superbly talented Sydney siders FEAR OF DAWN who take on the remix duties with typical style, delivering a sub-bass driven cut that chops up the already sexy vocal, that is perfect poolside, or club floors!

Deep&Disco is back with a remix package by singer Adeline Michèle, the Parisian-born front lady of the band Escort,with remixes by Kraak & Smaak, DJ Vas, JKriv and Dino Soccio.

Co-written and produced by JKriv, the original is a modern take on 80's mid-tempo R&B, think Chaka Khan meets Holy Ghost! Blending a deep bass line with shimmering synth textures, the infectious hook really shines a light on Adeline's formidable vocals. Kraak & Smaak rework the tune into a chilled-out new boogie affair, while DJ Vas and JKriv take things into deeper and darker territory with their mixes. Dino Soccio rounds out the package with sultry and warm west coast flavor.

Adeline Michèle has been leading disco band Escort since the release of their first eponymous album in 2011. With a new Escort record slated for an end of October release, and other lead up singles gaining serious attention in Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, and the NY Times magazine, Adeline is set to make some serious waves in 2015 and beyond.

“Redo:Remixed” will be available exclusively on Beatport on October 12th, then iTunes, Spotify and everywhere else by early November.
