Since 1997 DRS has been into Dance music from going to his first rave the the Manor in Ringwood to the present day. After experiencing his first taste of dance music he fell in love. Getting all the tape packs he could get his hands on. After going to more club nights and watching djs perform he got the bug and got his mum to buy his first pair of decks! They weren’t the best but had to do. Buying his first vinyl ATB - 9pm till I come. The addiction began. After that he used all his money to buy new vinyl and new cds to find out the latest tunes. As it was the end of the 90s the trance records were amazing! Paul van dyke, Push and so on. 

As he practiced he started to realise that he was quite good which made him more ambushes to get better! 
Then on the NYE party of 1999 he got his first private gig with John doe. It was a very big barn party and if went of with a bang. Watching the people dance to his music spared him on even more. 
After that he was going to more club nights and meeting lots of people that loved the music that he loved to. Then he meet a person that would help him get into the scene!(DJ Chunky) Going round to his house for mixes he realised that he was good too and said would he like to play at one of his night that he put on in Bournemouth. Of course he accepted.
So this was his first set at a club. It was a small club, but the atmosphere was electric. The set went down a treat and Chunk said do you want to be a resident for us!
So that was it he had his first residency. After that experimental got bigger and bigger.
We got bigger clubs and more Big djs involved and got us a good name for our selves.

Then I got really big when we got the booking for the Opera house in Bournemouth, the home of slinkys.
On the NYE of 2005 he had a prime time set in the main hardcore room with his good friend Lil’ Bri. They smashed it the crowd went wild and DRS loved every minet of it

As they years past DRS was getting more booking for more club night such as Resonare, +12 and Fusion.

In 2006 he moved to the Isle of wight to start a new life and a new business. Twenty First century Records. And had his First night in Ryde with Dj Sy and his residents. The night was amazing and he enjoyed organizing it. Meeting lots of new people on the island got him more booking for local events such as Spaced inc music and of course Adrenaline.

Then the internet radio stations came into play with my first show on happy nation and more booking for fusion and resonate.

Now hes in the studio making his own stuff and lookin forward to 2010 

Mike Reverie is one of the rising stars of the Hard Dance/ UK Hardcore and HardTrance sounds. Mikes unmistakable productions of Huge basslines and uplifting melodies has enabled him to travel the world across mulitple stages bringing to the crowds his unique blends of Hard Dance, UK Hardcore, Happy hardcore, PowerTrance, Hard Trance and Hardstyle!
