This one is quite unique to her. She describes this song as "the start of a new era for her music." Not that she is not proud of her previous projects, she finally feels like she has found her "sound". You can expect a full album within the year to match her new found music direction. She strives to be comparable to her favorite bands that are male driven. She also strives to keep an organic sound, but likes to keep up with modern trends with produced elements.  For example, in this particular song, she decided to use hand claps, stomping boots, and hitting books together for her percussion sounds, but when the bass comes in on the chorus, you definitely know she's not messing around!  Being a choir kid most of her life, she loves to incorporate a lot of background harmonies that complement her soaring voice very well. So, her sound is developing into something extremely unique. Stay tuned for more like this.
