We are happy to unveil Unlearn:Ibiza, boasting a summer-ready collection of tech house cuts from labels regulars & newcomers alike. This V/A EP comprises five brand new & exclusive cuts that fall in line with the label's dancefloor-led ethos, but this time with a White Isle spin. Improv jazz guitarist-turned-producer Left Ear Right leads the release with the pure drama of 'Don't Deny Me' boasting chunky drums & ecstatic vocals, 'What's Good' from Shawn Jackson follows with more Ibizan heat in the form of hypnotic bass & a breakdown of truly epic proportions, cross-country collaborators DJ Limbo & Charlie de Ville fuse a tribal monster with pitched-down vocals & and a complex pulsing rhythm driven by a rolling bassline, 'Ralency' from Hassio (COL) & Rinno DJ provide a heads-down dark & deep terrace heater, while label head Doc Brown closes out the collection with an industrial-strength gem containing a deliciously patient build and uber-satisfying payoff. Expect to be hearing all of these on repeat as summer kicks into gear!

@janeret is part of the rising generation of the French scene. He is one of the key artist of @yoyaku roster and the AD of Joule Imprint.
As Janeret, he performs regularly through Europe, but has also toured through Japan, Australia, and the Americas, acknowledged for his energetic sets that incorporate minimal house and breaks.  Janeret grew up in Grenoble, a city in south-eastern France, but has called Paris home since 2010. It was around this time that he began “taking production seriously,” he explains; his earliest experiments had started several years earlier. He marked his relocation to the French capital with a slew of releases on various imprints, but it wasn’t until 2015’s Heat EP that Janeret began to feel comfortable with his production methods and style, a smooth take on deep house with a solid groove.

The Colombian musician formed part of various Punk and Jazz bands, in his home city of Bogotá, until one Summer he landed in Chicago, where House music turned his world upside down.

After a stint working in NY as a DJ, booker, and music buyer, he went on a globetrotting journey, working on his most recent projects including a record label 'Jigit' and a stellar B2B tag team with O.BEE. Together they are storming the scene and established themselves as one of the most sought-after DJ acts around.
