LTEC 015: Willem

Kicking off our lore series is Calum Moir, Agadah's Head Negotiator and Director of International Affairs. Cal is bringing you a delectable blend of high paced goodies to satisfy your ears.

Noun: Lore
A body of traditions and knowledge on a subject or held by a particular group, typically passed from person to person by word of mouth.

Agadah's newest series known as Lorecast will bring you a diverse range of mixes from the best up and comers as well as experienced DJ's from Naarm and beyond. As the word Agadah which is derived from Aramaic means lore, legend or tale, we will use this as a guiding principle where we aim to pass down music just as traditional lore was passed down from one generation to the next.

Next up on our Nektar Mixtape series is Ollie Lishman.

Ollie has Spent the past year living in Europe traveling around to experience and learn from the different music cultures/scenes, whilst making tracks along the way with some help from some of his favorite European artists. In which enabled him to draw inspiration and gather for a big 2022. Where he has had multiple accomplishments such as unreleased tracks debut in HOR Berlin and Boiler room. 

Ollie has now returned from Europe for Australia's summer. With some interstate acts to start off the new year, as well as to finish up Ollie's debut EP. Ollie wishes to play more here at home and release what he has been working hard on for the past year before returning to Berlin in 2023. 

We are extremely excited to have this gun feature on our series and hope you all enjoy this, crank it for the festive season!

After a year spent writing as much music as possible, but (due to a mixture of perfectionism and label issues) a fairly low level of releases, I've finally got a consistent flow of music coming out over the next few months on a variety of labels. Knowing this, it felt like the right time to make a mix featuring all the music that I've been working on for the past 2 years. A lot of it is planned to come out this year, but there are some unsigned bits and some tracks that I have no plans to ever release in there too (this mix might be the only time they make it past the confines of my laptop).
