I have been humbled recently by the understanding that I have been naive in my understanding of racism in the 21st century. The understanding of how privalaged I have been as a white man, and how disgusted I am that this is the case. I understand that it is my time to listen, and to learn, and to do whatever I can from my, albeit small, platform, to encourage a positive change.

So this track is from that perspective, and I hope that when you listen you can feel the rage. I hope you can listen to it and share this message to help a cause. It’s time for change, and it’s time we took responsibility and sat back to learn and listen, in order to find a solution.

The underlying sample throughout this track is by Florence Price. The first African-American woman to be recognised as a symphonic composer, and the first to have a composition played by a major orchestra. It felt relevant.
All of the other vocal shots have been sent to me by amazing people I have had the luck to work with and meet through my time, all who recognise it is time for change!
