Concealed behind a stage name from his childhood, Oro is a young 29-year-old artist who never ceases to surprise his listeners through a collection of sets all equally different from each other.

To him, a set is many things, keeping a pleasant and harmonious continuity, surprising people at every turn,  having a very complete and unique library, but it is not all, according to him it is necessary to remain on the lookout for releases and constantly to seek new artists.

Daft Punk, Vitalic, Prodigy, Neelix, Boris Brejcha, Stephan Bodzin, Romulus, N'to... Oro no longer counts all his sources of inspiration.

On every occasion and with the help of pieces ingeniously found and assembled, he offers melodious sets, varied and unique in their kind, making everyone see eye to eye.

In search of what is best for several years now and armed with his exceptional memory, 
he's now focused on both djing and composing songs in order to follow the footsteps of some artists with a unique sensibility and creativity. 
Oro has managed to conquer many lands, and his journey has only just begun.

Multigenre producer and DJ, true pioneer in linking a great range of musical styles. His energetic music and pumping dj sets are making people crazy all around the world. As a producer, he has already released six long-play albums, numerous vinyls and digital singles. For his second LP “Offbeat Rhapsody”, partly recorded in Jamaica, he was awarded the “Album of the year” with Czech Grammy prize in popular music awards. Following the soaring success of this album, he became the first Czech DJ to be invited to play at the world famous Glastonbury festival.

It’s primarily because of the range of MikkiM’s own production that he can play at a parties of various genre styles. He can play sets full of skanking bass music around 130 bpm, then jungle and drum’n’bass  aswell  as tekno. His jungle tunes have very good reputation and are often played by many DJs all over the globe. He has also regular releases on the legendary Jungle Cakes label.  Leading underground tekno label Amen4Tekno is the place where you gonna find most of his current tekno (raggatek, jungletek, hardtek) production. The style that he will play depends on a a type of party, but i ll tell you one thing - with inviting MikkiM you cant go wrong!
