The prolific Tafelberg Records continue to keep their flame burning strong in 2023, starting the engine with a dynamite various artist release featuring Boss Priester, Ben Diggins, Guessbeats, William Köster, Moor and Mitta Malone. The six track digital release spans across animated dance floor energy, crammed with refined flavours of house, breaks and everything in between. 

Dusty broken drums lead the way in Ben Diggins “Science Test” before you are met with an irresistible elasticated groove, a peak time dance floor charmer. Guessbeats presents a deep yet danceable quest in “Spooky Town”, set to be a hit with the tastemakers amongst us, classy sounds from the flourishing producer. Kicking up a seriously strong vibe from the get go is Boss Priester’s “A Solution”, a sidewinding sub heavy bass line continues to loop as dreamy pads continue to melt in and out. Playful breaks samples flash in and out giving a sense of nostalgia. 

MOOR’s “Red Apple” transcends you to a dream world, glistening synths glowing with warmth around a meticulously crafted beat. Leaning into more stripped back territory is William Köster with “Where I Am”, glitchy eccentric textures breathe life into a minimal structure. Mitta Malone rounds off this versatile body of work with animated garage energy in, “Shutdown After Scandal”, playful as it moves through the paces. 

Tafelberg showing their cards with the first digital release, and look to release their second vinyl EP which is on the horizon next month, alongside this the label will also be looking to run some events within their base city, Amsterdam.

Su estilo es ciertamente único en sensibilidad y conciencia. Sabe lo que selecciona y definitivamente la forma en que lo presenta y su técnica deja una experiencia a nivel físico imposible de olvidar.

The love he has for music was born from an early age, being constantly surrounded by music and artists from all corners of the world. He absorbed a unique combination of grooves, which makes his performances an artist to be highlighted! 
For over 10 years he has been filling the world with his energy and playing clubs and festivals alongside some of the underground's most loved and valued artists such as Rhadoo, Enzo Siragusa, East End Dubs, tINI, Anthea and many more. 
His style is certainly unique in sensibility and awareness. He knows what he selects and definitely the way he presents it and his technique leaves an experience on a physical level impossible to forget.

Amante de la música desde la cuna.  Siempre atraído por los sonidos extraños y deformes.
El universo de sonidos electrónicos llega en su adolescencia, junto a los  primeros discos de Bjork, Massive Attack,  naciendo un amor a primera vista con todo el género y su cultura. A partir de  ahí, la  búsqueda por sonidos espaciales comienza a ser parte de una constante curiosidad.   Da sus primeros pasos musicales formando una banda de rock, donde participa Francisco J. Gonzales Director de Sound Creative,  con quien tiene una estrecha relación musical.  

Una indagación permanente  comienza entre mixtura de géneros y texturas.  Pasando por el hip hop, acid jazz, nu jazz y trip hop. Sin dejar de lado el rock en ninguna etapa.

Su identidad musical fue influenciada y  basada en  guitarras, beats y sintetizadores. Seguidor y admirador de de Radiohead en  la década del 2000.  A partir de ahí comienza a investigar a artistas como Aphex Twin, Amon Tobin, entre  otros.
Comienza  su carrera como Dj entre los años 2007-08, impulsado por sonidos psicodélicos derivados de los festivales de la época. 
Hoy a más de una década, su sonido se caracteriza por conservar la arritmia del jazz y del rock. Así como también la estridencia y la especialidad de los sonidos electrónicos en su gran amplitud.

Actualmente participa como profesor en Soun Creative. Además es miembro del colectivo TKWR (the kids want records), siendo curador y parte del equipo creativo del proyecto.  
Se ha presentado en variados clubs y ciclos de Sant
iago y otras ciudades de Chile, como Santo Remedio, Cine Arte Alameda, La Feria, Onaciu, Club Subterráneo. Saloon2 , entre otros.
