been listening to a lot of yellow magic orchestra AND the parody group oriental magnetic yellow.
used a lot of arturia synths for this one and i think the drums are yamaha rx 11??
super fun to work on + i love how the turnaround came about :)

another jv1080 doodle this time making pads and cool ethereal stuff from scratch!
unfortunately i've somehow overwritten a few of these sounds but im glad i captured it in some degree.
there is this pcm sample in the synth that is just straight up the fairlight vox sample and it works SOO well with the rest of the roland sound palette.
once again inspired by the works of technouchi such as chaindive and circadia

A slow-bloom Balearic trance cut that drifts from sea-air pads and harp-like plucks into a clean four-on-the-floor lift. Ethereal vowel swells act as an instrument, not a lyric, while the hook motif circles like bioluminescence on water. Wide, glossy top end, warm mono low end—built for sunrise plays and long exhale moments.
