From the forthcoming EP 'Solitude' on Bordello A Parigi. In stores 21/02/2022

Bordello A Parigi is delighted to welcome back the triumvirate of Sergio Mesa (IAMNOTAROBOT), David Jornet (Strange2, AMPbEND) and vocalist Maia J. In 2020 the partnership, better known as Hypnotique, released the stunning 12” ‘La Pénombre’. Armed with four tracks of emotive synth-pop, the group returns with ‘Solitude’. Crisp beats and lovelorn lyrics characterise the title piece, a warbling melody weaving and winding its way through tear-streaked words. ‘Ce Monde’ takes a different direction. Keys are upbeat with just a touch of brooding while vocals are distant yet sensual. Maia J’s incredible vocal range comes to the fore on this record, nowhere more than in the deep and layered ‘Le Divan’. Drums scuttle and spike against flowing synthlines as lyrics smoulder with an inchoate intensity. The tone, and language, change for the finale. Arpeggiators rumble and the band shift to English for the elegance and energy of ‘Paralyzed’. Four beautifully crafted synth cuts from an incredibly talented trio.

For the 21st release, OMBRA INTERNATIONAL (@ombrainternational) bring together artists from France, UK and Germany. French Live duo, H.L.M. (@haute_levitation_mutee) bring their signature raw synth punk to the label, Berlin/NYC cosmic queen Tony Y Not takes things dark and wavy, Kimshies collective burn the floor with an electro swamp stomper, UK’s fast and rising Rees dives into the dungeons of doom with a gothic wonky weapon. Finally closing things out is a melancholic dark disco new wave laced anthem from France’s Endrik Schroeder of Zone and Ritmo Fatale fame.

While we were finishing the last details of this release, we read with astonishment in the news that a group of scientists was able to take the first photograph of the black hole that exists in the heart of the milky way. This has raised many questions that we usually find in science fiction. What are they? Are they the portal to another dimension? Are there other dimensions beyond known space-time? The truth is, we don't know shit about this. But the first thing that came to mind, as we laughed through thick clouds of smoke and listened to the final mastering of 'Sticker Shock', was: where did these guys come from? This sound has to come from another dimension. There is no other explanation.

We are more than psyched to introduce you to our reference number 044 “Sticker Shock” produced by Zillas On Acid.
Thomas Roland and James Weissinger were born and raised in Philadelphia (or so they say) and in recent years have built a solid catalog with different appearances in Optimo, Les Disques de la Mort, Multi Cult and Dischi Autunno, among others.

This EP has unique assembled layers and planes. The songs are at the same time fun, psychedelic and deep, mixing slow-motion death disco, dubbed-out drum machine music, and of course ACID to get party people on all planets pumped.

On the remix side, the great German Tolouse Low Trax offers us a robotic, kraut and freaky-funk reinterpretation of the song that gives the album its name. And last but not least, label boss Martin Noise join forces with talented young producer DELLA to create a groovy and percussive madness version of ‘Paper Party’

The Vilnius-based imprint shines a light on the talents coming out of the country at the moment, calling on the talents of Shurmin Nikit, Deserted Island, Zakmina & EGOMAŠINA, Skhema and Bojarchük to contribute. It's full of raw funky grooves, slo-mo rhythms and oddball downtempo cuts that blend influences stretching from breaks, leftfield electronics and indie dance to new wave and post-punk.

Here at Feed Your Head HQ are pleased to have been asked to premier this absolute sonic bomb of track forthcoming on the wonderful Innnisfallen label.

Enjanzea2, a duo formed by Javier Rascan and Ricardo Jain from Chihuahua Mexico lands on the 4th edition of our Innisfallen Series. The project's proposal travels between acid and spatial monophonic sounds, inspired by techno, house and electro. This great piece wouldn't be here without Ruary's hand which gathered all of these electronic elements together in "Pazuzu."

The EP includes two interesting remixes, one by Javier Ferrera, a multi-instrumentalist and music producer widely recognized for his energetic and rhythmic productions within his already distinguished sound range.

Cantor, a San Francisco-based musician and producer, contributes a production inspired by Detroit techno, punk, and new wave rhythms, which, combined with acid, string chaos, and broken cymbals, creates a unique piece that perfectly complements Vongold's already beloved vocals.

"Back for round two, mysterious imprint, MILF Recordings arrives with another threesome of perfectly sensual dubs from your favorite producer, “Unknown Artist.”  
Kicking off the EP, “Guilty Desire”, sets the dark tones early, with your traditional disco-tech syncopated bass line, over classic drums, both elements that now begin to feel like a familiar theme for MILF.  The track begins modestly, and then evolves into a ghostbusters-esque middle section, before closing out with a swirling, luxurious, analog filter sweep, another element that starts to feel like a key part of the label’s overall sonic aesthetic.  “Infinitits,” the EP’s second track, once more, takes the slower approach, bringing the tempo down below 110 bpm, and relying on the oscillating bass to slowly reel you in, while flanging, stereo, elements are added in a leisurely, hypnotizing, manner, over the track’s 7 minute downtempo journey.  With only a few select elements, the piece succeeds in giving off a grooving, “minimal disco” feel; A fitting ode to the top heavy.  The final track, “Don d’Orgasmes”, perhaps the heaviest of the three, simply due to the absolutely massive sub bass tones, and the only track on this particular EP to use what appear to be actual sex samples (remember MILF001?), provides another effective channel for visceral dance moves at your favorite, local fetish themed rave, or party.  While the three works clearly have a retro influence, the third, in particular, gives off an especially specific “80’s era electro” feel, again, due to the spot on synth programming.  All together, MILF002 delivers another set of tastefully racy, though still surprisingly easy to enjoy, dance floor grooves, as always, intended for mature audiences, only."

Petite histoire : 

j'ai toujours kiffé les gros synthé la synthwave et les style comme ça font partit de mes préféré. J'ai donc commencé ce projet il ya 1 ans pour me faire kiffer avec deux, trois ligne de synthé (celle qu'on entend au début) 
le sons n'as jamais fait plus de 30 seconde puis il ya 1 jour je me suis remis dessus pour m'amuser et il as pris cette forme on est donc pas sur un projet jamais utilisé ou autre mais plus sur une renaissance d'un vieux projet sympa qui franchement mérite d'être partagé maintenant celon moi.
