Feels Good sets off swiftly, merging prominent kick-clap combos with shimmering pulses throughout. It’s a real peak-time number, enhanced by Jem’s touching vocal offering, that showcases the stripped-back and ethereal theme of the single. Leeds born and now based in Ibiza, Audiojack have been at the forefront of electronic music for over a decade. UK singer-songwriter Jem Cooke is no stranger to Crosstown Rebels. First debuting on the label in 2018 alongside Made By Pete on So Long, it was later that year that Audiojack went on to remix the single. More recently, Jem collaborated with Damian on Into The Sun from his 2020 Flourish LP. A well-established member of the Crosstown Rebels family, Patrice Bäumel is one of Germany’s greatest exponents. Recent productions on Watergate Records and Systematic Recordings continue to showcase the emotive sound with which he’s become best known, whilst his performance at DGTL’s virtual festival last year marked another step in his ever- flourishing career.

We're excited to welcome England's super talented Soul Academy who delivers our 16th release and debuts on the label with his latest single "Give It". 

Deep, soulful and full of warmth, the Original mix is a tightly produced groover which blends retro synth sounds and jazzy trumpets with a vocal sample written and recorded especially for the track.

BiG AL strips things back, slices the vocals and replaces the brass melody with keys for his Rub a Dub mix. The result is moody, dark and rhythmic with a hypnotic bass line.

Deephope and Jero Nougues also take inspiration from the vocal "...what it needs is a solid base (bass)" - and neither fall short! Deephope's mix is a beautifully pulsing dance floor track punctuated with 80's toms and some gorgeous synth work.

Jero Nougues closes the release by delivering the quality production, solid arrangement and all round polish you'd expect from a Nougues remix. His use of the brass with sweeping pads and a beautifully bouncing bass line is joyful.

March 9th sees Germany’s favourite double act Milk & Sugar return with new single ‘House Dimension’, out via Milk & Sugar Recordings.

2018 is a defining year for Milk & Sugar. It marks 20 years since they first formed, and they celebrate this with ‘20 Years Of Milk & Sugar’ – featuring their most iconic hits alongside a multitude of new productions, including ‘House Dimension’. Now, the dynamic duo is excited to release this track alongside a special remix from Swiss DJ/producer, Dario D’Attis.

‘House Dimension’ is a track boasting all the sonic elements that have cemented Milk & Sugar’s status as one of House music’s most distinguished acts, with its rousing spoken word performance from US DJ, songwriter and producer Ron Carroll combining perfectly with the infectious underlying groove that’s readymade for the forthcoming Summer months. 

Dario D'Attis transforms ‘House Dimension’ into a pulsating, bass-heavy deep-groover packed with stuttering synths and other off-kilter pad tones. 

Since forming in 1997, Mike Kay and Steven Harding aka Milk & Sugar have lived a career most DJs would dream of.
