We're an old school new music blog hailing from Amsterdam & Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Besides, we run our our (vinyl) record label, Final 500 Records.

He might have grown up in Scotland and live in Australia, but it’s a distinctly soulful, bluesy voice that comes out of singer-songwriter Millar Jukes. The Melbourne-based artist has just put together his debut self-titled album – and it’s an infectious collection of groove-laden tracks, designed to make you get up and dance.

Jade Alice is a dream pop singer/songwriter/producer from Melbourne. Her vocal tone softens into you with a delicacy that makes you think it could break if you touch it. Creating a unique blend of vintage and modern sounds, Jade brings forth feelings of longing and nostalgia that bleed through and coat your glasses with a rose tint.

Karl S. Williams has a one-of-a-kind voice that sounds about a thousand years old. His songs are steeped in blues, gospel and old time music with poetic sensibilities that call to mind the classic singer-songwriters of yesteryear.

Karl proudly traces his bloodlines to the Butchulla and Darug people of Australia’s First Nations. This deep connection to the landscape of his homeland pervades his work and infuses it with a spirituality that is older than time.
