Eight years in and over 50 albums deep, several members of The Jazz Jousters collective are still game to take on our sample challenges and test themselves. On this occasion allow us to present 'Sidenote: Pulling Strings'. 

The concept behind this one was based on the Jousters being challenged to sample any string based instrument. We could have gone for one or another, but the idea was to keep it open to a range of stringed instruments for a more varied sound. Millennium Jazz Music is an independent label and service provider based in London and home to talent from various parts of the globe including the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United States and Ukraine.

MJM was formed by Gadget in 2003 with the main focus of providing production and sound engineering for up and coming artists and producers, as well as providing workshops for young people. Although the first releases date back to 2003, MJM became dedicated to project management and releasing new material from 2008 up to the present date.

Now with an eclectic roster of talented musicians and wordsmiths, Millennium Jazz Music is focused on releasing more material of various styles as we continue to add to our already large archive.
