Renny M, a travelling musician, grew up in the northern suburbs of Sydney, but has since made her home in Melbourne, Orange NSW, & parts of South America. Renny and her acoustic guitar are inseparable, and both have been entertaining crowds during her extensive travels throughout Mexico, Peru, the U.S and Canada. 

Renny combines painstakingly honest lyrics with unforgettable melody lines, combing her love of the piano and acoustic guitar in her songwriting. Hers are songs of love, longing and loss, sung with a voice the flavour of bittersweet.

With heart felt lyrics akin to the music by Australia's own Missy Higgins and Angus & Julia Stone, her universal songs reflect her big heart, and what can happen following the occasional break up.

Renny M's deep moral and social conscious has been largely influenced by her dedicated work with Australia's most vulnerable (and arguably most poorly treated) asylum seekers. Some of her songs call for a more humane treatment of Australia's refugees. 

'Everywhere I Turn' is Renny's first EP release. Internationally recorded across two countries, and featuring a host of promising musicians, Renny's album will leave you mesmerised and longing to hear more.

Biography
Born in Peru, David Javier was introduced to his native music at an early age inspiring him to explore and develop the vast and rich styles of South American music.He picked up his first guitar as a teenager and soon after, pursued the bass in search of bigger things. He began to experiment and explore other world music styles. Performing at consulates and embassies around Peru exposed him to other cultures and musical genres. He then began touring the globe solidifying his passion and pride for Latin music.
After migrating to Australia in 2005, he quickly established himself into the music scene forming his own Latin band… The White Band. With his vision, David has become the ‘ring master’ for many musicians, providing a fresh approach to Latin musical experiences.
The White Band is a high energy ‘Latin/Salsa Band’ comprising of international musicians sharing their love of Latin music with Australian audiences. The range of Latin styles performed by the band include Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha and Latin Jazz reflecting the diverse musical cultures of individual members, drawing from Colombia, Cuba, Peru, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
The Hunter Valley and its entertainment precincts have been enriched since 2010 after embracing The White Band and providing them with their current home base. 

The White Band’s live shows are a true spectacular and an electrifying event; a reflection of the authentic experience of Latin America. Salsa dancers and romantics alike have been left captivated. With songs predominantly sung in Spanish, and performed by musicians from a variety of South American backgrounds and influences, The White Band will leave you breathless!

Recent sell out crowds have taken advantage of Salsa dance lessons provided prior to the band performing, enabling audiences to fully indulge in this unique Latin experience. It’s no wonder we are witnessing an ever-growing legion of loyal fans.
