This meditation will help you to increase your ability to notice and listen to the messages from your body. These messages can help us feel into where we hold our trauma, pain, stress, grief, worry etc... By checking in regularly you will begin to notice the small signals your body sends you, which indicate that you are either becoming activated or reacting to some stressor. When you notice this early you can intervene and use the appropriate style of mediation to assist you in shifting to calm or returning to homeostasis.
