Single from the upcoming BLASTER MASTER EP.

This power pop indie fusion trio was formed in Trondheim in the cold northern summer of 2013. Tired of playing jazz saxophone, the guitarist Petter Kraft started writing rock riffs in his basement. Keyboardist Oscar Grönberg joined in to have a reason to play with his Synthesizers, and not long after the hyper energetic drummer Tomas Järmyr was included. 
After playing their first pop-up gig at the Art Academy in Trondheim, the rumor of The MaXx traveled fast trough the Norwegian Fjords.

Their first EP - MASTER BLASTER, titled after a character in MAD MAX, consist of six tunes that captures the bands unpredictable compositions and high energy live performances.

Mountain Cloud Boy, is not so much an EP as it is a sparsely populated planet ruled by small farm animals who are addicted to crack. But it also tells a story, a story of love, and a story of 100% scientifically proven fact:

The Spirit Seed (the legacy of mountain cloud boy begineth):
At the beginning of time, there was lots of cool purple shit floating around, and then suddenly. The mother-brain began to exist. It was burning with rage! Because the internet hadn’t been invented yet and it wanted to look at cute puppies on you tube. So then the mother brain collapsed into a singularity known as the spirit seed.

Many years later a young boy found the spiritseed lying in the ditch by the M1, unwittingly he proceeded to insert it into his body. As if by magic his depressingly dull life was transformed into an epic adventure of crime, flaming rodents, space, and pictures of dead cats. Eventually at the age of 20 000 he died while riding an exploding unicorn in the vacuum of space without wearing a spacesuit. Yet he was reincarnated and will live forever as the Soul Turd.

Captain Credible a.k.a. Daniel Lacey-McDermott is known for his intense epileptic live shows with his home made audio electronic audio machinery and a strong underlying 8-bit aesthetic. On this release he approaches the task at hand with hectic beats and realistically imitated genuine Balkan brass instruments caught in an epic battle for justice and freedom from the evil space sharks. With traditional covers, and original works Captain Credible tears an eight bit hole in the Eastern Blocs cultural heritage and serves it up with a healthy smoothie made from recycled nintendo consoles.

Center of the Universe a.k.a. Jørgen Skjulstad is also known as the driving force behind the prolific Oslo based record label Metronomicon Audio, along with countless critically acclaimed releases spanning a multitude of genres. C.O.U. Is perhaps the artist that feels most at home in this setting with his fantastic skweee inspired Balkan revelations and an immediate mastery of the newly established genre.
