Formed under only the most crushing of pressure and intense of heat deep in earth’s crust; they are the physical embodiment of beauty and purity with the ability to capture and bend light to their will. In all our explorations and interstellar travels – our scientists and wizards have never come across such a unique substance.

Enamored by this awe inspiring substance, the Phonix sorcerers began testing the waters of sonic augmentation and manipulation using diamonds. What they finally found was a revolutionary new way of producing sounds waves. Through this new forging process, these beat hackers were able to cut their sounds to a refined - and above all – sharp edge.

The release starts off with L.E.O.F – the deep and deadly alter ego of Mexican genius System Sequence – presenting listeners with a taste of what to expect from his new project exploring the realms of “Lysergic Experiments over Frequency”. Sonic wizard Zabot (Portugal) wastes no time in picking up the pace with his trippy and groovy “Cyber Horse” – a mechanized beast of beauty and magic. With the wheels set in motion, 3M (Mexico) goes further into the darkness and takes listeners deeper into the unchartered territory of “Neverland”. Deep in the darkness, Dexter (Portugal) finds a diamond in the rough – his unique remix to a Phonix classis, Demosys’ epic “Mary Shaw”. Following suit is the ethereal saga of melody and energy – South African shaman Hysteria’s answer to the deepest questions of the universe encompassed in his “Spiritual Solutions”. Last but not the least, Phonix Records is proud to present Omega Flight (UK) – who ends this fine release with a deep, twisted and haunting “Soundscape”.

Mind Doctors On Acid is Fabio Goncalves a long time producer who started his career as a Hip Hop DJ/Producer but as his biggest passion had always been electronic dance music, he later developed a passion for the unique style of Psychedelic Trance.

Fabio’s first attempts to produce Psychedelic Trance ended up as Acid Techno but as the years went by, he perfected his production techniques and finally started creating his first psychedelic productions in the year 2000.

While he perfected his production, Fabio carried on as a DJ up until 2004 when he started to also do his own live act performance with a multitrack recorder, a groove box and a electric guitar.

In 2005 he moved to the UK and dedicated most of his time to psytrance production and live act performance.

He had his first contract with a party promotion agency in 2008 and played in many parties in the UK cities of Bristol, London, Brighton, Norwich and more, for Pam’s House, Antiworld and others.
During this contract he was titled “Best Norwich Live Act 2008” and met with famous psytrance artists such as Skazi, Talamasca, Space Tribe, Space Buddha, Astrix, Dejavoo and some others.

Fabio is an educated professional, he studied “Music theory” and “Music Technology” in west London for 4 years but he also learned a lot about the unique style of psychedelic trance from forums like Isratrance and other established professionals so back in 2010, he decided to give back to the community and created an YouTube channel with hundreds of video tutorials to help new and upcoming fellow producers of psychedelic trance.

In 2013 he realized that his music oscillated between 2 different styles of psychedelic trance,
Night Full On and Morning Full On, so he started a new project that he used to only create Night Full On called M.D.O.A. (aka Mind Doctors On Acid).
Mind Doctors On Acid has been a bigger success than his previous project reaching more following and getting more momentum than his previous work with the project Mind Doctors Make Acid.

Fabio has played in the UK, Portugal, Spain and France.
He played at festivals such as Psychology, Cosmic Age, Green Peace, Mutant Frequencies, Magic Frequency as well as many club parties in the countries above.
