I wrote this tune for my mother who transitioned from this reality 2 years ago. She was always such a massive supporter of my creative process, allowing me the space to dive deep into the world of sound, and in turn  into the world of my own psyche. Ever since childhood, she guided me to follow my passions to the fullest degree and I'm so grateful for that. 
I hope you enjoy this journey into the depths of my heart, with love and reverence.

"Vindheks" is Danish for "tumbleweed" and to me it's a metaphor for the emotional turmoil I was going through back in 2018 and which I, to this day, still struggle with.
Even though I'm in a much better place today, the lurking danger of going back into a high state of stress will always be there. It's something I know a lot of people are struggling with so let's not make it into a taboo please.

In January 2022 Apple Music added “Vindheks” to its "New Music Daily" playlist throughout the Nordic countries and Spotify added it to their "Ambiente", "Música para Pintar" & "Cinematica" playlists worldwide.

AMAWALK offers a peaceful and enchanting listening experience on this three-track EP, Solar, balancing careful electronic movements atop a textured instrumental palette. This represents the first label release from the New York City-based producer, whose music is wise beyond its years. 

Across Solar, AMAWALK leverages the organic sound of strings, woodwinds, and a buffet of percussion. He leans on the natural resonance of these sounds to establish wide, earthen atmospheres. Layered sine waves, ample sub movement, and a garnish of glitch; these electronic elements descend into his compositions and lea to a quickening. Pieces begin to interlock, forming full-bodied, enlivened compositions that gently grab hold of the listener without overpowering them. With great continuity from song to song, Solar becomes its own novel journey, reaching an emotional and harmonic climax before fading into silence.

Excited to share the new music with you! "Fractal Explorers" EP is arrived for your listening pleasure!

This EP is heavily inspired by genres such as Trip Hop, Acid Jazz, Lofi Hip Hop, Psychedelic Rock and all sorts of broken beats. I collected these tunes over the course of four years. "Fractal Explorers" and "Twins" were written back home in Russia, in 2016. "Frozen Lake" happened to be written in December 2018 on the bench by a completely frozen Sloan's lake in Denver. "Over The Seas" is the most recent addition to this collection, made in the heart of Texas - Austin in 2020.
