This playlist takes you through a day of mindfulness with several instructions and meditation practices. You can begin at 9:15 am and finish at 3.10pm in the afternoon. It includes initial orientation, movement, intention setting, open awareness, walking and mountain meditation. The lunch break takes one hour and begins with a few instruction. The sound of the bell at the end of 60 minutes lunch break will bring you back to the practices. We begin with a movement practice followed by a loving-kindness meditation. Walking meditation will follow. After the walking we do have a 30 min sitting in complete silence. The day of mindfulness concludes with a few instructions for transition and a wonderful poem by Jeff Foster. If you start the playlist it should lead from one into the other.

Day of Mindfulness

This is a 30 minute walking practice inviting you to be fully aware of your surroundings whilst walking. This practice is part of the morning of the day of mindfulness.

Day of Mindfulness 5 Walking Meditation

This sitting meditation is a guided day of mindfulness meditation practice. It is 31 minutes long.

The day of mindfulness begins with some floor movement practice for about 30 minutes. Let's wake the body to come into the present and to get ready for the DOM.
