With SBTL022 - Rest In Peace EP, you will experience something completely different.
The idea to release an Ambient/Downbeat EP came up at the beginning of the closed dancefloors due to the worldwide pandemic restrictions. We intended to collect music apart from the dancefloor habitat, some more experimental music to enjoy the cozy hours with your favorite ones.

Unfortunately, this EP has been delayed due to the tense manufacturing situation. Nevertheless, it would be a great pity to abandon this project. Long story short, we decided to finish up this, even though circumstances are looking up.

That is a unique release with an unusual approach by some of our usual artists.

Bio:

Born and raised in Timisoara , Romania, but soon citizen of the world. Music has become since little a source of inspiration and a deep influence in his life to the point of choosing the life behind the decksworld. Coming to United Kingdom , Birmingham opened up a new scenario the underground romanian minimal. Formed his artistic background playing in different venues of the city but never the less private minimal parties. His style embraces the deep minimal Romanian tones taking inspiration from artists like Raresh , Cristi Cons , Cap and Arapu to lighter and more melodic sounds. Music makes the abstract become real and through it we can achieve higher and deeper forms of inspiration and elevation. Among the artists that became his main sources of inspiration is Raresh play a major role in his sets; his main goal is to spread the vibe of the rominimal researched underground sounds and create unique and special parties also thanks to his vibe and presence on stage. Production is also one of his main goals for this year 2021

In barely two years, a young musician from Rasnov City, Vladut, has risen swiftly in the music industry. In recent months, he has shared the decks with several well-known musicians, including Mihai Pol, Bryz, Herck, Lumieux, Haokah, Cosmjn, Mihigh, Piticu, and a slew of others.

His first encounter with electronic music was in 2010, then he found Romanian minimal in 2019. Since then, he has gradually begun to share his vibes through music for his audience. His music combines inventiveness and darkness. His playing style is defined by these genres.

In the previous several years, he has been able to develop his musical style, releasing a slew of original productions and more.

Dotwish already gained his first experience in music production of all kinds of genres at the age of 12. However, it was the simple experience of hearing techno and house music through a fine-tuned club System which changed everything for him. Beiing strongly influenced by the Romanian scene which is known for their intricate sets and well thought out compositions, Dotwish's releases on Vivus Records, Statley Records or Maukaus records distinctively show his talent and understanding of minimal music.
