GOLD are a four piece Dream Pop band hailing from Halifax, originally starting out as a two piece ambient outfit, they then took upon two friends to join their music making. They’ve been together for since September 2010 and in the time have created danceable grooves but still maintaining their dreamy ambience. At the moment they have just finished their EP and are anticipated a single release in Winter 2011. In the winter of 09/10 the two founding members wrote their first two ambient adventures (Echoes and Fantasy’s Dream) after receiving a reverb pedal from a friend, and ever since have not looked back. They intend to make your knees sway and your troubles disappear in a dreamlike state, all they ask, is for you to listen, look and embrace.
