In the beginning I was all like...  
"Hello, 4-string Bass.  Meet 6-String Guitar."
And that is how its been.
But then things started to change...

6-string has always wanted to be so much like its lower tuned counterparts and didn't really like to play with some of its higher notes.  No matter how hard it tried, it simply couldn't ever go low enough.  So one day after a much needed bath, it decided to try on a set of 7-string clothes.  As it finished getting dressed, it wondered "Do I have the attitude to back this up?"

Hell yeah it did!  It sounds so fucking brutal!

Now of course, the many 4-string bass brothers were like..  "WTF dude?  Where did this come from?"
So I was all like...  "Yo, 4-strings, 6-strings, and the cross dressing 7-string wannabe, Meet 5-string!"

They all stood there.  Silent.  Staring at one-another.  They had just got done seeing what that cross-dressing 6-string freak of the family did not that long ago.
I wonder how this is gonna go down...

Mindless Hope is made up of five unique personalities that bring their eclectic influences to every song. Soaring, multi-part harmonies combined with a driving progressive metal sound, bests describes this Philly area band. Each member plays their own orchestrated piece in every song, while individually weaving their unique style into the cohesive fabric that is Mindless Hope.

To date, Mindless Hope has released two full-length albums titled “Verbatim,” (2013) and “Unlocking a New Realm of Existence,” (2016) as well as an EP called “Speechless,” (2017) where six instrumental songs from “Verbatim,” were remixed and mastered with vocals added. They are currently preparing for the release of their third full-length album entitled “Mental Truancy” with an expected release September 23, 2022.

Leeds-based blues rock band, who's debut album 'The Other Creek' was released in 2007. The band's version of Joni Mitchell's 'Big Yellow Taxi' brought them to prominence in certain quarters, including college radio.
