This is an exciting 2023 re-imagined cover of one of my all-time favorite songs, originally written and recorded by the legendary John Hiatt. Hiatt's exceptional songwriting prowess and masterful performance have always captivated me. His powerful voice is both awe-inspiring and incredibly versatile. With my rendition of this remarkable song, I aim to pay homage to Hiatt's talent while adding my own artistic interpretation.

In this version, I have focused on enhancing my vocal and piano performance, aiming to bring out the profound emotions embedded in the lyrics. I believe this re-do of my original cover showcases noticeable improvements, particularly in terms of conveying the heartfelt sentiments that resonate within the lyrics and powerful music. I hope that my tribute does justice to this exceptional song and the incredible vocalist behind it.

Flamin Bess - Cold Comes The Night

Mindmovie 

has been playing in various bands for almost a lifetime. He started out as a guitarist, and still loves this instrument for all it has to offer. Yet time never stops, and much has changed since Mindmovie laid hands on his first second-hand six-string. Today, his main focus is more on the production and composition of all kinds of electronic, pop and rock music, and the sounds of his guitar have become just one ingredient to be added to a new tune, albeit a very special one. 

Apart from his work as a composer, collaborater and solo artist, Mindmovie is currently involved in several other  band projects, the first of which is Flaming Bess, a progressive rock band founded in the late 60s. The second is "Marquette (Markus Roth - Keys, Mindmovie -Guitars) which  has so far released one Album titled "Human Reparation" and last but not least a band project with Mike Hartman (vocals) Markus Roth(keys) Mindmovie (guitars) which released their debut album "Horizontal Ascension" in 2016. 


So far Flaming Bess have released six albums:
