Over the last few months Beatport hosted an exclusive 'Black Sun Empire & Noisia - Hideous' remix competition. The winner could win a release on our label 'Blackout Music NL'. However after listening to all the 780 participants we decided we couldn't just release one, as there where so many good ones. So we compiled a nice package of the remixes we thought stood out.

Following on from the success of his LTD debut early last year, Philth is back on Dispatch, for the main label this time, with a first EP entitled ‘The Cosmos’. 

The attention to detail is instantly notable from Philth’s output and much like the cosmos itself, very complex entities are carefully controlled and manipulated for maximum effect. Despite the destruction each track causes on the dancefloor, they are also composed, with the master in charge consciously aware of every element.

‘The Hunted’ sets this off as Philth collaborates with Belgian producer Bredren for a shadowy, sinister encounter, delivered with haunting with atmospherics and a fierce progression that continues to gather momentum.

‘Incantation’ is an industrial stepper that hits hard on the bottom end, with London based Agman Gora featuring on vocals, with techy mids smearing across in signature Philth style. Title track ‘Cosmos’ is marked by an intro of epic proportions, as orchestral elements coincide, building anticipation to cinematic levels; a perfect set opener.

Philth also links up with Nottingham based P-Fine on vocals to form a deadly combination on the mighty ‘Greed’, alongside an added Dub Mix as well. Concluding the EP is ‘Souzou VIP’. The original featured on his Dispatch LTD single last year) and the VIP twists this into oblivion, with drum switch ups that bring Souzou’s original soul back into focus for this 2015 release.

The first single back since his incredible ‘Under Another Sky’ album last year, we're very pleased to welcome Cern to deliver #4 in the highly demanded ‘Dispatch Dubplate’ series. As per the previous editions, each vinyl will showcase a thicker set 180 grams in weight, hand numbered (1 – 300), hand-stamped, signed, with an added label sticker pack with all 300; never to be re-pressed. The records will be signed by both Cern and Ant TC1.

Track B1 – Cern & Mayhem – Hydraulic will not be available as a digital download, it is a dubplate exclusive track.

This time round we have only 150 to sell through our store instead of the usual 200 (currently as of 14/08/2014 we have around 1/10th of these left to sell!), so make sure you are one of the first people to receive a copy of this record by ordering yours today.

One such artist is The Clamps. Graduating from techno, to breaks and trance, to d&b, the producer values everything hard and extreme, taking his influences and creating something new. All of this is showcased on the new release, the Aekon EP. 

Aekon is stunning. Right from the intro, all the way through the track, The Clamps means business. Slowly building up, the producer adds layers of sounds, from the complex and involving drum work through to bass and percussion. Things drop down quickly, with booming, punchy beats and attitude-filled background. Engaging, serious and ever-so addictive, this one is set to be huge. It began as a whisper, spoken in low tones in multiple languages in the uneasy night. Talk of a place where the greatest of mecha roam, gathering amongst the desolate ruins of a war prepared for and never fought. The first explorers returned with stories of low frequency weapons, harvested from the ruined depths of a subterranean complex. With these re-engineered into towering relays capable of pure sonic carnage, the lands began filling rapidly with pilgrims from distant places, offering themselves as captives to their own higher mental states. What was once a mere whisper has now become legend, with this meeting of the mightiest clans bringing forth the greatest frequency warriors to stake out their claims. 

EATBRAIN casts a long shadow across the fray, setting seasoned label veterans L 33 and MINDSCAPE into the hordes of adrenaline-fuelled ravers alongside recent label additions MACHINECODE and AGRESSOR BUNX - all of whom have LPs coming on the label as well as appearing at the festival. A tight manifesto is stretched across the 4 rowdy and high-energy tracks that make up the EATBRAIN GOES TO LET IT ROLL, with the irresistible audio manipulative skills of Eatbrain crafted to exquisitely tear up the dance.
