Contemporary alternative folk singer-songwriter from the UK

Hi
 :)
I've been on here since mid March 2017.
Sound Cloud seemed a good way of chronicling my journey into music production.

:)
I've been into music since I got my ears !
Some pieces are still begging for the finishing touches, but I am still thinking about it.... ha ha
:)

Thanks to my friends who are listening. I am eternally grateful.
I generally use Audacity on the P.C, my Decks/Vinyl collection, my Casio keyboard and the upright Forfisa-Organ, Korg pedal, sometimes the Tablet apps for in-fill or beats, condenser mic and a Squire lead/or the hum-bucker as well as the hand built cricket bat bass guitar....
All mostly through the Laney multi-channel amp. Mostly....

Almost 100 percent of the material I have featured here is Original,
That being said - those who know their stuff, will spot definite beats and samples from all-sorts!
My D.J ing stuff is here as well, all done on Sound-lab 1210 quartz drive copies.

Some stuff is obviously not mine in origin (but not much) and is to be viewed as just stuff I like and played about with...

My bass playing is slowly getting better and the Korg pedal has been fun with lead and bass as well as being better for the keyboards...lol

Thanks for the visit!
Your likes and Reposts are equally appreciated and valued...

All my 'stuff' is free download and free rights to use, just give me my fair credit for a cut, lick, riff, or loop, ta.
Also I would be willing to put lyrics down for someone or collaborate, time and distance allowing.

Minerva embraces all styles of music and does not lack for talent in any genre. It is clear from her lyrical composition that she is not only a hopeless romantic but also very community-orientated and committed to social equality. Clearly, she has life experiences to draw her work from. The moment the music starts you know you are in for a musical treat – a renaissance, of music future, past and present. A native New Englander, she has always been involved in some aspect of music throughout her life. While primarily a vocalist and lyricist, she has broadened her musical ability to encompass her goals of composition, production, recording, distribution and ultimately, performing. Minerva is co-owner and operator of SmithWorks Music, a music publishing company formed with the intent to distribute music composed, recorded and performed by local musicians and entertainers based in and around the New England area. Minerva is a SESAC-affiliated songwriter and publisher as well as a vocalist, recording artist and producer for SmithWorks Music. Currently, Minerva is writing and perfecting her signature sound in their home-based studio. Minerva resides in Massachusetts with Calvin and their children.
