The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere the new music video from Child Of Night. The American secretive sonic cell known as C.O.N. have made it their mission to produce psychologically infectious sonic explorations. Following the release of "Dirtworld", the first new single by C.O.N. in nearly two years, the band now delivers the exceptional remix album "Reduced To Ash". Seven tracks of immersive, entrancing darkwave/EBM with driving beats and icy-cold synths, featuring 5 remixes from 6th Circle, Delphine Coma, Jeremy Bastard, Searmanas, Profit Prison and a live version of "Dirtworld". 

We premiere today 6th Circle's remix, a pummeling, modern EBM reimagining of the original, the track is sure to please dancefloors anywhere. 6th Circle and Child of Night have collaborated a number of times in the past and are pleased to be able to share the results of such a collaboration to a wider audience.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Gigi Galli. The Italian artist lands on Manchester’s DRØNE with Mind Transmissions, eight tracks of raw, unpolished electronics and techno. Dark, ominous and defiantly old school production techniques,  every track speaks for itself. Today we premiere the killer remix by  of “Sgretolato” by Leipzig's Blac Kolor, who slows it down and comes up with something beautiful, far away from the original source in his own inimitable style. Overall this is a strong release that's not afraid to eschew fashions and speaks from the soul of the artist.

Mind Transmissions is out on Friday 2nd April, on neon cassette and digital formats. Pick yours up on BANDCAMP.

PREMIERE: Gigi Galli - Sgretolato (Blac Kolor Remix)(DRØNE)

Everybody's darling Vienna/Istanbul-based label Belly Dance Services, founded by Hanzo & Yaman (SXDNS065), wraps up the 2021 summer with its third VA release: “Various Worldwide III” brings together five young and skilled artists from across the globe, each contributing with their own particular style while keeping the true essence of the imprint characteristic sonority. Lott (SXDNS257), Ducati Flux, Heidenreich (SXDNS142/FREEDL003), Perdu, and Ulises Arrieta (SXDNS193) delivered proper Indie Dance/Dark Disco pieces for our delight.

Premiered here, “Nahual”, the second track of the compilation, was made with love by Ducati Flux, co-founder of the newcomer label Odd Pleasures and half of Random Atlas (SXDNS155). Mainly defined as “a sorcerer believed by various Middle American Indians to be capable of transforming himself into animal form”, according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, “Nahual” is one of the most intense themes of the release. The virtuoso Chilean artist gifted us with a catchy dark tune that is full of playfulness and showcases the highly creative side of the producer.

French duo NØREQUEST comes back on Family Piknik Music with a kind of challenging hot track for this summer. NØREQUEST is the underground alias of rising electronic talent Hugo Cantarra. Teaming up with Swiss producer LAZARE, they play with a 'cabaret' vocal loop pronouncing (in french, with a sexy accent) the most glamorous word ever: L'Amour (love).

Already road-tested in Brazil and Argentina, we can say this vocal is original enough to create a strong reaction worldwide. But we also deliver an instrumental version if you prefer playing this rocket without the vocal touch. Instrumental version balances between dark disco and house, with an hypnotic acid loop added in the last part.
