There is something called Asthu. Imagine it like a Casper flying next to you. It's there all around us. It's like the Indian version of guardian Angel. However, the difference is the Asthu is slightly laid back but disciplined. And it doesn't have a judgmental ability of its own. Rather, it respects you so much that it leaves the job to you and doesn't question. It won't choose for you. It won't know whether you mean it or not. Sometimes you say things you don't mean but it will make it come true. E.g. You wonder what if someone steals your footwear from outside temple, Asthu will bring the attention of a thief to your footwear and it will be gone. Sometimes it will miss listening to you. So when you say something followed by tathastu, it means you have thought so much about what you are saying and calling the attention of Asthu to work along with you to make it come true. So, always be mindful of what you think and say. The literal meaning in English is ‘So be it' or 'apadiye aagatum' or 'apadiagapatathu' in Tamil.

He totally switched the original dub techno track of Babe Roots into something sweet and bouncy. Lobster for you ears. You can even ear autotune on the vocal! Awesome!

Comig at the third place, here come Komodo from Indonesia! "Funky Buzz" is a perfect blend of tribal and dub rhythms with a repetitive bassline. Big delays and full effects to rock iguanas. Komodo is a rising star of South Asia, look at the sky to see him shining like a Telsa soon !

And last but not least, we serve you a sweet downtempo riddim from Mali-I aka Z Lovecraft (Rhythm Section). He built a hip-hop influenced track with aerial chords. Perfect music if you want to take the mic and try to toast like a real badboy.

"Breaking Dawn" marks the 13th EP set for release on Heimlich Musik, with two original cuts tailor-made for the Viennese imprint by the legend that is Kalipo and remix contributions by no one less than Lauer, MontCosmik and Javier Busto.

Combining the rough, pumping sound aesthetics of Italo Disco and Electro Clash with Slow House and Downbeat elements, Kalipo delivers two dark and slow tunes uniting influences of his first steps as a producer with his experiences during the last years.

With a slight change in key, Frankfurt-based Lauer transforms "Breaking Dawn" into one of the uplifting bangers he's known for around the world, with an almost Depeche Mode-like sound design.

MontCosmik’s interpretation of "Breaking Dawn" is based on a mighty bass line to bring back an old-school vibe, supported by some nice arpeggiator lines and energetic drum elements.

Rounding up the EP as a whole, Madrid's Javier Busto creates explosive moments with the potential of letting a whole dance floor escalate, thanks to gritty electric guitar sounds with a lot of Rock ’n Roll attitude.
