Turkish producers Ferruh Berk and Olgay Neke team up for their debut EP on My Choice Recordings with 2 original tracks and a remix from label boss SouveQ.

Rules Of The Disco Queen is a combination of complicated melodic bassline and a live guitar which drives melodies into evolving sound.

Entrée is a classic italo disco sound which would make you heat the night with bouncy bassline and arpeggios!

Last but not least the closing track is a remix for Entrée by SouveQ, who takes the original into a more clubby version with some additional arps.

After Volume 5 of our Various Artist series „Lost Tapes“, AEON continues with a strong EP from family member, Jepe. The Portuguese born, Berlin living DJ & producer returns with „Ginevra“, after his well received debut EP „Restless Soul“ in 2020.
Ginevra... a queen, woman and a city. Jepe says: „The track is somehow an Ode to Europe women and the beauty of the city“, to which he traveled to with his wife and daughter. „The arpeggio and the strings bring you back to the XVI century of classical music“, he claims, „while the break and its synth take you to the modern and technologic part of the city." 
Transcord - the secret A-side - of this diverse EP brings back 80ies/Italo influenced sound, though with a modern feel. For this track, Jepe teamed up with his mate Joal. The strong synthesizer sequence - slowly building up by layering more and more Oscillators - set the fundament for this grooving Dancefloor beast, while chopped vocals and chords gives this tune the last polish to be a weapon.
The EP is closed with „Salicornia“. The track is named after a plant that grows on salty waters. Same as the plant the tune is flowing in a more calm, but not less affective way. Different than „Ginevra“ & Transcord“ it has a more mystic vibe, diving in deeper areas of your soul, letting you float between the moods of mornings at the end of a club night.

After Jepe’s very successful EP „Ginevra“, we welcome Alex Aguayo and Silicodisco back to AEON with their debut EP, called Modern Nostalgia.
With this unification, they wanted to experiment a little bit with both of their vibes and ideas.
Keeping characteristic elements such as the (Synth Wave) reminding drums and basslines that they have been playing with in some of their latest releases, they set a basis. Mighty started his musical career in the early 1990s as a member of the legendary Hamburg HipHop band Poets of Peeze, from which German HipHop groups like Fettes Brot, Der Tobi & das Bo and Fünf Sterne deluxe were evolving. In the early 2000 years, he teamed up with Mainz local Sven Cherouny to record their Mombasa EP in Tobitob's Sauna Lab in Hamburg.

2016 he joined Fettes Brot again during their "Gebäck in the days" concerts in Hamburg, and since 2017 he helps his "teenage love" Italo Disco to boost into the 21st Century producing Synthwave tracks under the name "Machia & Velli". He finally sent Bungalo Disco a bunch of great tracks wherefrom, four of which finally formed his debut EP „Discorsi“. It ́s co-produced by Tobitob.

Besides the four original tracks, there are remixes by Moonbootica, Deomid and Italo Brutalo.

And this just adds a new flavor to already masterful architecture. It's always interesting to hear a different take on the same track because it keeps the original alive and builds a profound legacy.
