Serio Dawn is the solo project of singer and multi instrumentalist Jeffrey Hines who lives in New York City and has been involved in music since he was 14 years old. He plays various instruments ranging from the guitar to the violin and writes his own music. What sets Jeffrey apart from other artists is his total sense of self, drawing the audience in and making them feel what he is projecting. The development of his unique style is the result of a lifetime of musical influence. Growing up in a musical family meant that Jeffrey was always surrounded by different forms of music

Jeffrey’s musical journey did not begin in New York, however. Born in Costa Rica, it was here that he developed his musical tastes and interests, and it wasn’t long after picking up a guitar that he was experimenting with drums and the keyboards, all of which have had a profound influence on the direction his musical journey has taken.

Long story short- My name is John, I a 4x years old.Without finding a vocalist, I am the sound behind Wet Luci. All music recorded in my tiny studio office mostly at odd hours of the night. My instrument of choice is guitar. I do all of the guitar on my songs and some of the bass. I also do keys on the few songs that I decide to lay piano on. I use edrums for convienence and because I cannot keep a beat. I have a 2001 PRS Custom 24 as my only electric. I tried over the past year adding a 2nd electric-1st a prs se245. Gorgeous but sucked. Then a Dano 12 string semi hollow. Sucked. So sticking with just my PRS and my Takimine Acoustic Electric G30 series. I use a small Blackstar amp to feed into my daw, Donner mini pedals, Studio One for DAW, 192 Audio Interface, Digimax optical pre-amp, and studio monitor. Akai midi keys, Squire Jaquar Bass and some brand of mics that I do not use.I pump out as many songs as I can (as the saying goes, throw shit against the wall until 1 turd sticks. ) I am hoping to lure in a gullible singer as I do write decent lyrics and I do not feel my songs are complete without vocals. Never been on stage legally but I want to make that accomplishment.

New EP 'Grind' is being completed. We have decided to go in a new direction and focus strictly on a Blues Rock direction with less manipulation and a straight forward 3 or 4 track song with heavy focus on guitar. At this point we do not want to keep putting out music without a vocalist even if it is just for one EP as a side project for someone or different vocalists for each song. We started this idea late in life (mid-forties) so limited time to get our stuff heard. Not in it for money or career change, I just want to say my stuff was played on .....

Wet Luci came to be in the summer of 2016 in Irving, Tx.  Our 1st LP -NOVEMBER while lacking any vocals was released and distributed in October 2016 along with  the 1st single from the LP, SHALLOW.

The 2nd LP 'Until the Bitter End' was completely in January. 
  
  
Wet Luci is a mix of Metal, Alt-Metal, Grove Metal, Experimental, and Fusion Jazz. Many of the songs were recording in one take, or at least one or tracks on the song.
