With this album, I aimed to achieve a mix of ambient and dance pop aesthetics. I also challenged myself to be as simple and minimal as possible, so all songs were written in the key of C Major, and recorded and engineered with GarageBand.

Miracle Disaster is the moniker of electronic musician Ben Smerglia, whose goal is to create original electronic music that's catchy while evoking an emotional reaction in the listener. Songs are influenced by a wide variety of subgenres, from ambient to techno and everywhere in between.
