UK based DJ/producer Rich Pinder joins musical forces with vocalist Marck Jamz for their standout Street King single “Check Your Status.” Kicking things off is the original mix of “Check Your Status,” a heavy hitting tech house monster perfect for peak time. Two of Montreal’s finest slide in next with the Lex & Wood remix of the original. The boss is back! To close this July's releases at elrow Music, De La Swing himself has decided to take a step forward once again and deliver one of the hottest EPs of the year so far. Two originals and one remix by rising star Shaf Huse are the ones forming this 'Face To Face EP', a tech-house banger by own right.

Opening the EP we have the track naming the EP: 'Face To Face (Enter The Rave Rework)' is a percussive track with heavy acid treatment, a catchy vocal line, with very little melodies, making this track a straight-forward, physical affair, meant to tear everyone dancing shoes.

After, we find 'Face To Face (Shaf Huse Remix)', in which the young promise infuses the track with a quicker percussion, a bit of melody and some FX, making it the perfect transient track for any moment on the floor.

Closing the EP we have another original by De La Swing, 'Dihue (Original Mix)', a complete different track, with a sexier vibe and more fine and elegant touches, making it the true banger of the EP. 'Dihue' is a track with a character of its own, with a more melodic treatment, a catchy vocal loop and some crazy and exotic background FX, that will make this track feature heavily in many sets this summer.

July closes, but expect us to receive August in full force! We have more surprises yet to come. Stay tuned!

One could describe Mirco Caruso’s previous career with just three words: “haste makes waste”.  The club-musician with Italian roots’ approach to music is never contrived - nor does he care for exclusive hype or shallow bandwagoning. Mirco Caruso’s career is embossed by a gravitas that has consistently and continuously led him to the music that reflects his passion the most.
The steep rise that started with his first tech house release in 2014 - and was followed by broad international support and gigs around the world - suddenly came to a halt in 2020 when Covid hit.
Yet, against all odds, this marks the beginning of Caruso’s musical and artistic transition. After struggling with finding new inspiration and creativity amidst a world turned upside down, passion finally was reignited after visiting a concert that would inspire a profound change. A change that has ultimately resulted in his newly formed moniker «MICA» that represents an equally newly formed, inherently melodic and dreamy signature sound. One thing, though, remains unchanged: MICA’s impeccable flair for deeply touching productions and his incredible skill set in the studio. Surely, it won’t be long, until his music yet again finds its way back into the rotations of the biggest names in the industry.
