The “Rolling Stoned EP” sees Detlef return to his home on the VIVa MUSiC imprint, following successful and well-received releases on Moon Harbour, Defected, Serkal, Be As One and Material.

Known for his prevalent appearances at the record-breaking VIVa Warriors residency at Sankeys Ibiza this Summer, Detlef has captured all of the passion and energy of his renowned live performances in a tight set of 3 dancefloor weapons. 

Previous support for Detlef’s work reads like a directory of tastemakers, with Loco Dice, Laurent Garnier, Joris Voorn, Mendo, Reboot, Luna City Express, Hot Since 82 and, of course the VIVa MUSiC family patriarch Steve Lawler, to name only a few. 

The title track is remixed by a rising star set to explode out of the London scene - CERI.

WMC has passed, we're still recovering from the hangover and spring is arriving, and with it elrow Music presents another quite interesting debut in its ranks. Hungarian-born, Barcelona based DJ and producer Reelow joins elrow Music's family with a three tracker EP which sounds as cool as its name.

With two originals, this time the high rolling remix is delivered by Mendo, 'Fresh EP' starts with the track naming it, 'Fresh (Original Mix)', a steady, smooth and groovy track with a great tech-house progression, taking us back to the mid 90's thanks to its hip-hopish vocal line, that fits perfectly with the track's vibe. After, we find Mendo's remix of the title track, in which the half-Spanish, half-Swiss DJ and producer infuses the track with a happier and more carnivalesque ambience, pitching the track up and empowering both the bass and the drums, proving he knows perfectly what elrow's parties are all about. Finally, we have 'On Air (Original Mix)', a track which Reelow starts with the same hip-hop infused vibe, taking us to that East Coast kind of sound, with a lot of broken vocals, a soft, steady yet not overwhelming percussion, that will keep the crowds dancing at any time it drops on the dancefloor.

All in all, another big debut at elrow Music we were really looking forward to present, showing off some tech-house muscle thanks to Reelow. Summer is almost here. If you blink, you'll miss.

One could describe Mirco Caruso’s previous career with just three words: “haste makes waste”.  The club-musician with Italian roots’ approach to music is never contrived - nor does he care for exclusive hype or shallow bandwagoning. Mirco Caruso’s career is embossed by a gravitas that has consistently and continuously led him to the music that reflects his passion the most.
The steep rise that started with his first tech house release in 2014 - and was followed by broad international support and gigs around the world - suddenly came to a halt in 2020 when Covid hit.
Yet, against all odds, this marks the beginning of Caruso’s musical and artistic transition. After struggling with finding new inspiration and creativity amidst a world turned upside down, passion finally was reignited after visiting a concert that would inspire a profound change. A change that has ultimately resulted in his newly formed moniker «MICA» that represents an equally newly formed, inherently melodic and dreamy signature sound. One thing, though, remains unchanged: MICA’s impeccable flair for deeply touching productions and his incredible skill set in the studio. Surely, it won’t be long, until his music yet again finds its way back into the rotations of the biggest names in the industry.
