Oh boi. The impeccable Henrik Schwarz redubbing Sven Väth's classic 'Electrica Salsa' - a truly remarkable feat.

The track was first released back in 1986, when Sven (at the age of 21) was a member of Frankfurt project OFF, alongside Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti. ‘Electrica Salsa (Baba Baba)’ changed the face of electronic music in European pop culture, achieving top three success in France, Austria and Germany at a time when dance music was still regarded as an underground movement from Detroit and Chicago. 30 years later, Sven enlisted Henrik Schwarz and Roman Flügel to provide remixes of the track.

Best known for his work on Innervisions, !K7, and Defected Records, and acting as one half of the acclaimed duo Schwarzmann alongside Frank Weidemann - Schwarz has dedicated almost his entire life to electronic music production. The atmosphere created in his newly formed Electrica Salsa is one with gated reverberated snares and percussive hits, little melodic stabs, and sneaky space synths to what makes one feel as if they are inside the Mos Eisley cantina... with Sven Väth whispering in your ears. I put the bones of this tune together in a hotel room while road tripping between gigs in Arizona earlier this year, feeling super inspired by the west coast clubs I’d been playing at. The vocals were written and recorded while sick in bed, using my tour manager's iPhone earbud microphone and a doona cover as my vocal booth. At the time I had planned on replacing the demo with a cleaner take when I got home to Australia, but I was never able to recreate something as gritty and weird... so it stayed! It's been slaying it for me ever since, I hope it slays for you guys too ❤️🙌🏼

"Parquet recordings", "King Street Sounds", "Keno records", "Dear Deer records", "Supdub",
"Lauter Unfug" uvm. , herausgebracht.
Er ist ein sehr offener und wissbegieriger Mensch, der einen sehr hohen Anspruch an sich
selbst hat.
Sein Ziel ist es immer das bestmögliche aus sich herauszuholen und dem Publikum eine
energiegeladene Performance zu bieten, wo man keine Chance hat sich dem mitfeiern zu
entziehen. Die Track Auswahl und die Mixtechnik lassen keine Füße stillstehen.
Das alles spiegelt sich auch in seinen Produktionen wieder. Sein Style umfasst Melodic
Techno bis Techno und etwas treibenden Tech house.
Mittlerweile ist er nicht nur DJ, Produzent und Ghostwriter, sondern hat zusammen mit
seinem langjährigen Freund und Kollegen "Kollektiv KlangGut" ein eigenes Label an den
Start gebracht, ihr Label, "Some More Records", soll jedem die Möglichkeit bieten seine
Releases zu Veröffentlichen, egal wie bekannt der jeweilige Künstler ist, es geht ihnen um
Qualität und nicht um Quantität, es geht um Leidenschaft zur Musik.
Derzeit arbeitet Ryan Dupree an neuen Releases zusammen mit Künstlern wie A.D.H.S.,
Joseph Disco, RS63, Kollektiv KlangGut usw. Eigene Produktionen sind natürlich auch in
Arbeit.
Mittlerweile spielte er nicht nur Deutschlandweit, sondern auch in der Schweiz, Österreich,
Norwegen, Brasilien, Ukraine und Bulgarien.

2018 was a really successful year for Fehler Musik with new members joining the FHLR family with names like Andre Crom, Lützenkirchen or Christian Hornbostel just to name a few. 

To celebrate this, we put together our next compilation FHLRC02, this time jam-packed with 15 tracks of established FHLR artists as well as new talent with we discovered recently and on our tour through Southeast Asia from countries like China, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia or Russia.

What can be more compelling than one dancefloor-minded production force behind the controls? Two, of course - as is evident from label chief Simina Grigoriu’s joint effort alongside longtime collaborator and Taiwanese-Chinese techno powerhouse BB Deng. Title track Double Trouble casts an immersive spell, binding the listener into a punchy drum and relentless bassline grip. Spanish DJ and producer Alberto Ruiz brings a more exotic influence, giving the track a melodic twist. On the flipside, AlBird adds gravitas through spacious pads and big breakdowns, spotlighting the track’s late night appeal.
