Called this one ‘HEADLOOP’ cos that’s exactly what my mind has been doing for the past two years, literally looping, same ruminating thoughts trying to dampen my mood and make me feel like I can’t get where i want to go. Don’t let your imagination work against you.. imagination can be amazing and create the life you envisioned with belief and working smart, however it can be equally as destructive when your mind isn’t in the right place and cause a life riddled with unnecessary anxiety and fears for things that aren’t as real as our heads make them feel! meditate, separate your thoughts from reality and consciously watch your minds activity, try to stay present because the past is unchangeable and the future ain’t here yet, so don’t waste what’s in front of you right now. Take care of your mental state, it’s important, even if it tries to tell you otherwise! Mental health is temple wealth, speak up!
