PEYBAN is a 32 year old DJ/Producer from Iran. He became interested in electronic music at the age of 10, began listening to Trance and Psytrance at 13, then became a Metalhead at the age of 16. Later became interested in all forms of dark atmospheres from music to fashion, and decided to begin his career in music industry. He believes this kind of music allows people to let go of their anger and sadness to replace it with peace and happiness.

Hellscape first came in contact with hard techno while attending outdoor raves around his Hometown of Basel. 
He immediately fell in love with the sound and the atmosphere of the scene. After some time he started DJing in order to be able to create the atmosphere and experience of his own desires.
Since the beginning, he has been playing hard and dark techno but as time passed, his taste became even faster and harder. He now mainly plays industrial techno with hard, fast paced kicks and he always pushes the limits.

Born in 1980 into the dark and rainy city of Hamburg in Northern Germany, age of 14 I got into the Techno/Rave wave that swept over Europe. I always craved harder music, so I eventually I got into Hardcore and Gabber. I then discovered more genres such as Speedcore, Breakcore, Acid- and Doomcore. The desire to become a music producer myself formed, beginning to seriously produce in autumn 1997.

I never limited myself to one style, I produced Speedcore, Breakcore, Dark Ambient, Noize - back then essentially all of this was part of the "Experimental Hardcore" scene. In 1998 I got more interested in productions that didn't just have "Speed, Noise and Distortion", but also started incorporating dark or futuristic atmospheres and melodies into my sound. 1998 also saw my first vinyl appearance: a 800 Bpm Speedcore affair called "Adrenaline Junkie", released on the Biophilia Allstars compilation.

In 2000 my first full vinyl EP was released, the "Anti-Sedative" EP on Blut Records. Vinyls that followed were the Kougai split Ep with Cdatakill, Anarcho-Psychotic EP on Praxis, and self titled 2x12" on Widerstand. I was disappointed in the way the Breakore and other scenes evolved, so I became vmore interested in the Techno side of Hardcore again. The result of this was the Acid Massacre EP on Black Monolith, and the Doomcore styled "Emerald Planet" 12" on the same label (including a The Man Unknown remix). My final farewell to the Breakcore scene was the "Malfunction" EP for Praxis, which was not released until 2018.

I took break from the Hardcore scene beginning in 2004, and returned in 2008. The concept of releasing on vinyl had diminished, so I started to release digitally, first on my own, then on established netlabels. Around 2011 I focused my production on Doomcore; and to this day this is the style most of my newer tracks are, and the style I'm most known for. While my interest in producing Doomcore began with the desire to include Techno rhyhms in my music, this was later joined by the fascination towards dark, haunting or generally out of the ordinary melodies. But I also kept producing other music, too, such as Speedcore and Dark Ambient.

This was the beginning of a very intensive wave of producing tracks and doing releases. Until 2023, I did over 300 relesses on digital, vinyl, CD, cassette, and produced somewhere between 1500-2000 tracks. 2019 saw the release of my first full length EP on vinyl after 14 years, the "Pleiades EP" on Teknoland Productions.
