Clodhopper is undoubtedly one of the fastest rising female stars of the UK Hardcore scene. This may come as no suprise when you learn that music is literally something that runs through her veins. With both her parents being professional musicians, music has always played a very important role in her life, even from a very early age she was learning to play the Violin, Piano, Clarinet & Saxaphone.

Throughout her teenage years she developed a love for the early Happy Hardcore sounds, and got bitten by the bug for DJing back in 1997 whilst out enjoying a night at Slinky, at what was then the known as The Opera House. Having spend her teenage years exploring what the rave scene had to offer, Clodhopper focussed her energies on learning to DJ, and her efforts paid off, as within a decade she had managed to secure herself a residency with the massive south coast brand that is Fusion.

With news spreading about Clodhopper's talents, she also picked up residencies at other events across the UK at such brands as Core Addicts Nose & Lips, Hardcore Marrows, Digital Acceleration & of course Fusion.

As well as developing her talents upon the decks, Clodhopper has put alot of time & effort into her developing her production skills. Having worked closely alongside DJ Sc@r from Raw Elements, on two releases Subsonic and Bring It Back, they are available on the afrementioned label. Clodhopper has also had various releases on RSR Recordings, working alongside the hardcore legend that is DJ Ramos & talented vocalist Deanne.

Signed to both Electrik Euphioria and the previously mentioned RSR Recordings, Clodagh has also worked with such artists as Deejaybee (Higher State Music) and MC Knight, showing that as both a DJ & producer she has already attracted the interests of some of the top tier artists in the UK Hardcore scene, as well as the legends of old skool.

Recently signed to TG Bookings artist management, Clodhopper can be seen at events nationwide slamming out some of the very best UK Hardcore, including some of her own productions, whilst showing off her awesome mixing talents.

Firmly established as one of the most diverse and forward thinking acts to emerge from the UK Rave scene in recent years, Fracus & Darwin’s unique and varied take on the Hardcore sound is always at the cutting edge of the genre. From their internationally successful artist albums, to the many compilation CDs released through mainstream stores, or their extensive work for some of the world’s leading gaming companies (Konami, Nintendo, Capcom etc), their varied, high quality productions have always struck a chord with an equally varied global audience.

Having performed all over the world, their unique and eclectic DJ sets showcase a wealth of experience and passion for good music which resonates with audiences from Tokyo to Moscow, London to LA. Whether it’s rocking clubs and festivals, or playing to the whole of the UK as guests on BBC Radio 1, Fracus & Darwin have always continued to infuse performances with all their love for the euphoric, energetic, dirty, varied music that captivates so many who hear them play.

My roots are in Hardcore and I will always be a raver but there is only so much you can write about the HHC scene. So I decided to branch out and do all sorts of genre's, so I could talk about issues concerning me....Mainly drugs, drink & bitches ;) But look closely and I do come out with some pretty serious stuff you just have to find it beneath all the buckets of seaman :D
