DoBOY (doh-boy) aka Curtis Register began mixing in the late 90's where he did residencies at local dance clubs in Macon GA. Their he met Stephen "Structure" Dunn and became an OG member of Foe Pound Productions. With the Foe Pound team together, they set out to throw the sickest parties at that time. Bringing DJ/producers from all over the world to help establish the EDM scene in middle Georgia. In the mid 2000's, DoBOY disappeared from the scene. Many speculated that he had journeyed to far of Asia to live in solace with monks. Others say the government had to silence him. Never the less, in late 2012 he reemerged in Savannah GA, ready to conquer the world. Armed with a rhythm in his heart and a beat in his brain, he has set out to funk your bumper and shake your arse till the end of time.

Just an old school fan of of electronic music in its many forms.  

I gained an eternal love of electronic music when I was about 10 years old and purchased my first Techno Trax cd. It all started there with U-96, LA Style, 2 Unlimited, Age of Love, Datura, and The Prodigy. Getting older I was the only kid around listening to Roni Size and Goldie, developing my 20 something year complete obsession with drum and bass. My 20's were dominated by the likes of Paul Oakenfold and DJ Tiesto. And the entire Florida breaks movement that saw so many great local DJs gain fame.  In my 30's I really focused in on drum and bass and started making remixes and live mixes. 

My personal music, however, is quite different.  It reflects my own personal struggles and is often quite dystopian, chilled and sometimes spacey. I love to explore the link between humans and machines.

Slinging Beats for your Feets, Dancefloors or Comfy Seats the Dr's of Rhythm have done it all since 1991. 2021 was their 30 year anniversary on the turntables and digital decks and what an amazing adventure it has been so far and beyond. Keeping busy working on remixes, mixed compilations and taking time for some Breaks in between, all the while making a wide range of House calls this Dj duo is constantly Steppin' out on the move from one venue to another and holding down residencies wherever there's a dancefloor in distress. Dj Dave Maltais and Dj Tim Baker have a full range of genres to share with their dancefloors and come with an arsenal of tracks to get everyone's back up off the wall. Also with a combined collection of over 10,000 pieces of vinyl and constantly downloading the latest tracks to stay current these two are sure to surgically move any crowd in the proper direction...

In the beginning, there was the Dr's of Rhythm, and the Dr's of Rhythm had a groove.

And from this groove came the groove of all grooves.

And while one day viciously throwing down on their turntables, the Dr's of Rhythm boldy declared,

"Let there be HOUSE!"
"Let there be DEEP HOUSE!"
"Let there be ACID JAZZ!!"
"Let there be NU JAZZ!"
"Let there be NU SKOOL!"
"Let there be OLD SCHOOL!"
"Let there be WORLD BEAT!"
"Let there be BREAKBEAT!"

and Our Style was born...

"We are, you see,

We are the creators, and this is our Style!

And, in our Style there are many Styles of music.

But, we are not so selfish because once you enter our house it then becomes OUR house and OUR house music!"

And, you see, no one man or woman owns house because house music is a universal language, spoken and understood by all.

You see, house is a feeling that no one can understand really unless you're deep into the vibe of house.

House is an uncontrollable desire to jack your body.

And, as I told you before, this is our house and our house music.

And in every house, you understand, there is a keeper.

And, in this house, the keepers are the Dr's of Rhythm.

Now some of you who might wonder,

"Who are the Dr's of Rhythm, and what is it that the Dr's of Rhythm do?"

The Dr's of Rhythm are the ones who give you the power to jack your body.

The Dr's of Rhythm are the ones who give you the power to do the snake.

The Dr's of Rhythm are the ones who give you the key to the wiggly worm.

The Dr's of Rhythm are the ones who taught you how to walk your body.

The Dr's of Rhythm are the ones that can bring nations and nations of all groovers together under one house.

And this is fresh!!
