I apologize in advance if my words seem a bit unclear. Due to the recent loss of my friend Jordan, my mind is everywhere right now. I truly appreciate everyone's support and patience.

"Moments" - I wrote this song shortly after doing some self-reflecting. Throughout the #GreenMovement, I've done some self-accepting as well as some self-expanding. "Moments" is a song that shows people that I'm not perfect at all, but I still have a purpose. And although we experienced bumpy roads, we can't let it define us or dim the lights of our futures. My goal is to encourage myself, as well as my generation, to keep going despite our current or previous circumstances. There's a lot of things being promoted nowadays, but one thing that needs to be promoted is to "keep going!" Life is not a race, it's more so a marathon. Do your best at everything you engage in, and keep going!

The opening line, "I've been tryna quit this nicotine, it's tougher than it really seems" is a true representation of my generation. We all have our demons that we're trying to fight, but we're human, and things get tough when fighting alone. I feel like if we discuss our addictions and problems as a people, it'll be a great way to draw in others who may have similar addictions. I'm not saying that I want to promote the use of cigarettes, but I do want to promote realism. As an artist, realism can add so much emotion to your music. And that's what the listeners want to feel and hear, real s***. In another line I said, "Mama, s***, I do get what you're saying but they f****** grown. I am not responsible for kids with problems of their own." And that's completely true. I'm well aware of the positive impact that I have on my generation and the generations after me, but as a person and an artist, I stand behind "being yourself and doing what works for you." I once was easily influenced by other artists, but I eventually had to find my own sound and do what artistically works for Che. Outside of music, I had to do the same thing. I had to find what personally works for Che. S***, I'm still searching.

Following the idea of "being yourself and doing what works for you," is "Pink and Green."

"Pink and Green" - This song is about a possibility that you could experience when you try to find what works for you. It's specifically about a huge trip after smoking weed. "Pink and Green" isn't anti-turn-up though. It just warns my people of the dangers when you abuse and misuse marijuana, pills, and/or alcohol. I wrote this song after Keys told me a story about his father's experience with marijuana one day. His father was high, walking down the street and started seeing pink elephants everywhere. "Pink" represents that color of the elephants, and "Green" represents the color of marijuana. So when you hear the hook, you'll know what I mean when I say, "I seen a pink elephant walking down the street."
