United Beats Records‘s series next edition will be performed by label founder MAD MAXX.

Max Peterson has been performing and releasing his unique brand of trance music under various project names since 1998. Max was born in San Diego, California in 1979, and spent most of his teenage years in France. He then developed his production and performance skills in California, Mexico, Spain, and every part of the planet with a vibrant trance scene.
Max’s passion for music began at a young age. Max’s father Gary Peterson is a highly accomplished composer, guitarist, and keyboard player. Gary was a member of influential 60’s-70’s cult band “Formerly Fat Harry”. His band played next to legends such as Pink Floyd, Roy Harper, Third ear band, King Crimson, Fleetwood mac, to name a few… Max’s first tracks were recorded and produced by Gary when Max was just 14 years old.

Upon moving to the U.S., Maxx joined the pioneering trance music collective and record store – The Ion Exchange in Santa Cruz – as co-owner and resident DJ. Maxx moved onto DJ’ing in San Francisco, playing for all the Bay Area’s trance venues including the trance collective CCC. He also performed at all the underground warehouse and outdoor events in Northern California. Max quickly gained respect for his stomping deep psychedelic sets. At this time he also toured Canada and other cities in the USA.

In 2000, Max formed the seminal San Francisco trance project BIODEGRADABLE with Samy Guediche of CPU, and Nicolas Oesch of Mekkanikka. In 2001, they released their album Phaser which received great success at the time in the psychedelic scene and became a springboard for all members to launch their successful solo projects.

In 2001, Max joined up with Davina Elmosnino and formed the trance project Sirius Isness. Sirius Isness went on to release more than 150 tracks on prestigious trance labels. Sirius releases 3 full length albums “Resolution of Duality, Breaking the Matrix , Trancefusion” and 1 compilation. The first album was released on Moon Spirits records in 2004, the second on Mind Control Records in 2005, and the third was released in 2006 on Phantasm records, accompanied by their compilation, Mind Your Own Isness. Sirius Isness has traveled to almost every country where trance parties happen. Their most popular destinations are Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Portugal, Greece, Australia to name a few.

Max, then started in his solo project in 2007- MAD MAXX- the result of years of hard work, perfecting a unique sound, embodying all the travels, experiences and parties of the past 20 years. The music is a mix of trance, ethnic and deep sounds, with a strong kick and ominous bass line, an electro touch, emotional chants, and at times nostalgic atmospheres, with a BPM ranging from 138 to 145 in general. All of this sonic mayhem delivered in a whirlwind of psychedelia of course….

MAD MAXX has been delivering his live set to all trance freaks in the world on a weekly basis, and has collaborated with numerous artists…including JOHN 00 FLEMING, SKAZI, PIXEL, AVALON, SONIC SPECIES, STRYKER, BLOCK DEVICE, MENOG, TRISTAN, SPACE TRIBE, GMS, PAINKILLER , POLI, XSI, S-RANGE, VOYAGER (aka Altom), BIO-GENESIS, AUDIO X, BIONIX, MEKKANIKKA , DIGITAL TALK, JOHN PHANTASM and more…

The first MAD MAXX album “AFTERWORLD”, was released May 2008 on PHANTASM records. The second MAD MAXX album was released in June 2011 on his label, UNITED BEATS RECORDS. MAD MAXX’s 3rd album will be out in fall of 2015 on UNITED BEATS RECORDS….

Martin Georgiev a.k.a. DJANTRIX born in 1988 & hails from Skopje, Macedonia.
His first serious contact with music came when he was 10 years old, after which he knew his destiny. Djantrix started performing as a DJ in underground parties and clubs soon rising up as a prominent Psychedelic DJ in Macedonia. Soon after he wanted to recreate his own sounds and began learning production and synthesis.

Now as an individual artist, Djantrix has evolved with a serious and sophisticated focus on intelligent music. He specializes in creating unique psychedelic music filled with highly cutting psychedelic sounds. We can expect to hear from his production very powerful, twisted and high quality serious psychedelic music with a twist of intelligent morning melodies.

'It's fair to say Eton Messy are tastemakers. They were born out of a YouTube channel over 8 years ago and have been responsible for launching the career of some well known acts. But more importantly they are focused on shining a spotlight on new comers, supporting and nurturing growing talents, both on their Youtube platform and record label. 

After the successful launch of their ADE Sampler last year, Eton Messy have upped the ante and are back with more tracks and more new talent. Opening the Sampler is Dublin based DJ & Producer Son Orbis, whose growth and experience made him the perfect choice to kick off with, his sweetly pieced together 'Desila', progressively inviting you in with welcoming piano chords. Next up Sattam with 'Footsteps', who despite just starting his musical journey, shows us what to expect from this hot prospect.

'HiFi LoFi' from Baardman takes the sampler in to the night, with a building vocal and deep bulging bassline, keeping the flow throughout. Baardman holds his own when DJing with the likes of Hot Since 82, Purple Disco Machine & Bondax. Next up is Martin Alix who's dedicated his life to the groove, moving from disco horizons to house. With a signature releases on Nervous Records & Sense Traxx, Martin delivers music with ultra positive energy, with supporters in Laurent Garnier, Roger Sanchez, Richy Ahmed, Nic Fanciulli, Claptone & Todd Edwards. 

While touring in South Korea Eton Messy found Seoul's Mar Vista and his track 'No Statute'. He's gaining attention from promoters and listeners all over the world right now. Eton Messy favourites Hollis Parker and DJ Rae joined forces to create their latest alias 'Kamereon' and it definitely doesn't disappoint. Their track 'Fantasy' hitting the peak of the sampler. Happy Cat Jay brings a perfect close to proceedings with the gently produced 'Nautilus', leaving you wanting more to take you into the early hours.'

Née en 1989 a Marseille, MNG a été rapidement touché par le virus de la musique, entre disco, funk, et rock, le tout distillé par des parents avec des gouts variés.
dans sa jeunesse, il découvre un monde dont il sera grand fan, puis acteur, le HIP HOP. Bercé rapidement par IAM ou encore NTM il va durant plusieurs années s’inspirer de cette culture afin de se construire personnellement. Le graffiti fera son apparition dans les années 2000 afin de rythmer une vie manquant de couleurs... art qu’il portera pendant pas mal d’années comme une raison de vivre, au fil des rencontres et des divers événements de la vie quotidienne.
En 2010, lassé de voir le rap prendre une tournure a laquelle il n’adhere pas, il commence doucement a se tourner vers les musiques électroniques, la techno de Miss Kittin, Vitalic entres autres. Cela va amener un nouveau souffle a sa vie, couplé avec une envie artistique plus riche.
2016, année du grand changement. Il collabore avec l’association Transubtil qui organise des soirée Psytrance a Marseille, pour proposer du “live painting” durant leurs soirées. vite attiré par ce monde psychédélique et haut en couleur, il va prendre une part active a la création de scénographie, décors, ainsi que différentes taches afférentes a la vie associative. passant ainsi de sa petite bulle d’artiste isolé a la grande famille de la Psytrance.
Puis 2017, la participation a un stage de formation de DJ, Néophyte dans ce domaine, mais curieux et motivé, il touche des platines pour la première fois. choc. coup de coeur immédiat.
Apres quelques mois de travail acharné dans une cave bien trop petite pour contenir l’envie de developper cette découverte, on lui propose une première date pour commencer, le molotov, bar connu des Marseillais, sera son premier terrain de jeu.... Cependant il manque encore quelque chose...un nom de scène... son passé de graffeur fan d’acronymes va alors refaire surface, ce sera M.N.G, comme mister nice guy, référence a un film au sujet fumant...
en 2018, il quitte définitivement ses aérosols pour intégrer l’équipe Psymind, porté par une envie d’évolution et une boulimie musicale sans précédent. Depuis, il enchaine des dates de plus en plus considérables, Psymind, Walking Bass Festival, concert d’Hilight tribe... et partage ainsi son exploration avec un public souvent conquis par ses choix musicaux.
En 2019, il repassera pour deux closings mémorables , celui des 20 ans d’Hilight tribe et celui du Walking bass festival, deux dates qui vont lui permettre de partager son évolution musicale poussée.
