What's it all about? S.O.A.P. is the second single from my forthcoming album "Sunlight".

The album will be released out on Friday 12th May 2023.

S.O.A.P. is a song about the historic village of Port Sunlight in Wirral, United Kingdom.

It features guest vocals from Kathryn Blackburn.

There's a nod to some of my favourite bands including Kraftwerk, OMD, early Human League and Depeche Mode.

This is my first recording as part of my plan to take a wide range of new and unheard music into venues around the UK to promote the overlooked talent that surrounds us.

My performances in venues will be accompanied by screens showing information and links to each artist as they are played. Feedback and support will be encouraged. It is my aim to integrate live performances from artists local to where each show takes place, once I am happy with how it is running.

Will Farr's Eclectic Mix Volume 3

The song is called "LIFE" and it's about being homeless - something that happened to me and my wife last year. Fortunately we now have somewhere to live, so I'm using the song to raise awareness about homelessness, particularly about people like me who have a good job but end up without a roof over their head. Especially at Christmas. It's the 2025 re-edit of the song I released last year. This version features the voices of the people who are involved in supporting people in need of help, and someone who has been helped by The Whitechapel Centre in Liverpool. All money from sales of the track will be donated to The Whitechapel Centre and other homeless charities in the north west of England.
