This track was written two years ago and I’ve held on to it for a very long time before having the courage to release it into the world. I decided to release it as a free download to thank all my dear supporters who motivate me to keep pushing my art to the next level. If you don’t know what a “Tardigrade” is, “water bear” in English, it’s an eight-legged micro-animal found on mountaintops, in the deep sea and in tropical rainforests. I found them to be fascinating creatures and envisioned what it would look like if one of them would be dancing to some deep house-infused rhythm and the song come along. I hope you’ll enjoy this one and once again thanks for your constant support, it honestly means the world to me.

Born in the land of the polar bear and aquavit, Terje Saether loves a dark beat. Inspired by ’80s musical firebrands such as The Cure and Pet Shop Boys, his love of the electronic has seen him release with a slew of high profile imprints including Hope Recordings, Darkroom Dubs and Bedrock.

Opening with ‘Cold Drop’ those dark grooves are very apparent. Deep and hypnotic, it gets under your skin quickly as all good earworms do. For his remix, RGK focuses on the organics to construct a dirty peak time breaks monster.

Next up, ‘Undertow’ works its magic. Again deeply satisfying without ever losing its cool, this will work on the cooler floors perfectly. Irish supremo, Silinder reimagines the original motifs in his immutable style, adding a fresh polish.
