 Hello fellow musicians! .. My name is Jeremy Shofner!  I'm an avid  artist, and more importantly, a percussionist with over 16 years of experience!  I played for pretty much every school band since 4th grade, and won many gold NYSMA solo and symphonic band  awards!  I indulged in chorus and choir, also winning gold  medals in that field!  I have had the great pleasure to play with many great bands over the years, as I have been involved with many great music projects!  From indie rock, to metal to Latin hip-hop, I consider myself to have a vast array of experience in all aspects of music!  Personally, as a musician, and because I have taken rudiments and music theory classes, I always want to challenge myself to become a better drummer every time I get behind that kit!  Because of this drive to always progress, I gravitate towards progressive metal, and "math rock" as my favorite type of music I practice too and write with! I am currently working on a new protect with some.great musicians, doing a catchy prog. metal sound, called Ruin the Day !  I'll try and keep new music on as soon as it becomes available! .. thanks guys!
