19 Year old Hip-Hop Artist from Wichita, Kansas Leon Williams, aka "Rampage;" releases his first mix tape titled "Just a Sample." He's telling a story that was derived from his life and peers experiences, growing up on the north side of Wichita Kansas. 

The lyrical content, flow and delivery on every track makes you inclined to listen and nod your head. He has endured a wide variety of life struggles, and continued to fight to contradict his self-fulfillment prophecy to be successful despite the unfavorable odds.

Rampage's story telling in song is compelling and refreshing considering his age. He brings the essence of hip-hop back in an age and time where the bulk of what we hear on mainstream airwaves is saturated with heavy synth filled electro pop dance tracks.

Rampage/Leon was multitalented. He got offered a full ride music scholarship to Wiley College in Texas, but decided to take the full ride football scholarship offer at Coffeyville Community College, where he was pursuing a degree in Business Marketing. 

Rampage aspired to be a professional athlete, and Rapper/Singer, but knew that having an education and strong understanding of business overall, and within the entertainment industry would assist in all of his future life endeavors. Unfortunately his untimely death in a car accident on Saturday, October 18th cut his dreams and aspirations short. 

Please listen, share his art in sounds, and celebrate the legacy of this young man who will always remain a star in the eyes of his friends, family and loved ones. It may be unfair to us, the good truly do die young; but we should seek comfort in what Leon stated in song "God Got Me." Much love to all of the family and friends. Keep your "L's" up for Leon.
