Worry Less is the first of a set of singles recorded during a new period for Mitch Rocket, which is now less quarantine bedroom project and more rip-roaring 5 piece rock band. The Mournful One

This is the first single from cryptic San Francisco trio, Unscrewable Pooch's debut album, State Bird of No One. 

The A-Side, Underwater Happiness, is a lush and hook-full journey into the joys of being a fish. However, the pensive and dysphoric S-Side, Underwater Bummer (Clam), serves as a prequel, exploring the crushing emotional dynamics that might lead one to suspect life would be better as a fish. 

This single will become available to the public on September 15th, 2020. 

State Bird of No One drops October 31st, 2020.

Underwater Happiness

I wanted to take the emotion of the lovely, sappy, ethereal moments of Edward Scissorhands and turn it into song. So I made this indie electro-pop song about how much I love someone very special to me. 

I spend so much time unsure what life will look like a month from now. But I know that some things can last forever, and love will be one of them. That's what this song is about. 

You gotta get sappy at least once in a while!
