MITSUcast 053 - Multifun

For the next episode of our MITSUcast we've invited Berlin based  Multifun. She is a DJ, the founder of MLTMX Records and a graphic designer based in Berlin. As a child of the 90s she feels connected to the typical sound of that time. Her feature is to bring forgotten pieces of music back on the dancefloor, combining those with crispy productions from the present to build up a varied mixture of feelings. Accordingly, she has recently began to hone her skills in the field of vinyl mixing, thus presenting a unique collection of analogue and digital releases to the dancing crowd. Depending on the mood she aims to express, her sound is always characterized by dreamy progressive synthscapes, vibrant percussions and pumping basslines, while not missing moodlifting vocals and in contrast some challenging elements here and there, trying to surprise the audience with much Multifun.

Aus Berlin, studiert Veranstaltungstechnik und Management mit dem Ziel, eines Tages seinen eigenen Club zu eröffnen. Seine Lieblingsgenres sind Gabber, Progressive Trance, Trance, House, Speed House und Progressive House. Für ihn steht bei einer gelungenen Party die Musik an erster Stelle, gefolgt vom Veranstaltungsort, den Menschen und der Lichttechnik. Funfact: Er kritisiert regelmäßig kommerzielle Clubs in Berlin dafür, dass die Lichttechnik besser sein könnte.
