Mixed Business is an Australian-based producer, live artist and DJ who fuses influences from downtempo, electronica, trip-hop, low-fi, breakbeat, dub, soul, jazz and world music.

Bringing his distinctive sound to dance floors and workshops at major Australian festivals, such as, Esoteric Festival, Earth Frequency Festival, Elements Festival, Rabbits Eat Lettuce and Bohemian Beatfreaks. Alongside special events across Australia, Mixed Business is one of the country’s most exciting emerging live acts.

In a Mixed Business set you will most definitely hear unreleased original music that is unique, defies genres and blends blissful down-tempo beats, lush bass and soulful melodies with pure flow and beauty.

I am just a radio DJ kinda guy. I listen to tons of music, and do a weekly spot on the radio. Most anything that I fall in love with I play on the air, to help promote new sounds and new artists. Lately, I have been motivated enough to start posting some mixtapes and playlists. Some of the last few ideas have been pretty ridiculous, a blend of sounds from all over the globe spanning several styles. Regardless, I just want to share some music from around the world, in semi cohesive sets that may or may not strike your fancy. Listen up, enjoy, and leave some comments or criticism of you want!
