Growing up in a small town in Manchester in the 80s when your as mad on music as Phlo this was always going to be influential. Raving since the mid 90s Phlo's dance music knowledge is just crazy and this shows in his Dj set's which will take you on a journey.  Being a raver for so long he just knows how to make you move and he will rave with you!!!!
