"I just picked tracks that were definitive in my life. Songs that one way or another effected my out look or my approach to music. For example the first time I heard Jehst 'Alien' I threw all my lyrics away, 'cos he had raised the bar. Same with Joni Mitchell. I don't absorb music constantly. When something comes along that grabs me it tends to become an obsession. Every track on the mix has at one point been on repeat, warped my mind and made me want to do something differently or better.. Sometimes musically and sometimes just in life in general."

Welcome back to QSH Radio with Azeria! This week, we have OJ as a guest on the show, celebrating her recent collab release "Monster" with Ashley Anngora and Biata. "Monster" just came out on Quack Squawk Honk's Ducks Of The Week compilation series last Friday, the 13th. You can find it now everywhere on your favorite streaming platforms.

OJ is a DJ and producer based in Los Angeles. The pull to dive into electronic music came from experiences of catharsis and connection in LA’s underground and while living in Paris. She’s been DJing since 2019, building credibility as a genre-bending artist mixing techno, breaks, house, and electro into powerful grooves and adapting to a variety of settings. From warehouses to Sound Nightclub, OJ has played for some of LA's most respected parties. Her debut EP “Portal Access Points” - released late 2024 on Delusional Records - showcases her sonic range, spanning breaks, techno, and progressive. OJ has also released on Lots of Practice, Never Be Alone, and DALF Records, with more music on the way.
