Paris is a city that holds a special place in our musical hearts.  A lot of our favorite music from classical to modern electronic has come from Paris and greater France.  Paris is a city with a lot of history, and its musical impact, in particular all things French Touch, left a lasting impression on us from an early age.  This mix is celebrating that love, through tunes old and new.  It’s full of classics from a lot of French heroes, and also some other tunes that we were getting down to when we spent some time in Paris a few years back. Growing up in Australia we were used to some sweltering hot summers, with the kind of days where you couldn’t do anything other than lay in front of a fan listening to music. Nostalgia is a hard thing to define but its a feeling that has always been present in the music we like.

We wanted to recreate that feeling of nostalgia through this mixtape series.   An innocence if you will.

We only start these mixtapes when the inspiration strikes every few years, which coincidentally has been while we are at home over the summer in Australia.  These mixes are judgement free, and full of some of my mildly guilty pleasures
