We're willing to put good money on Dixon's remix of 'The Dawn' being a staple of his summer sets this year and it's a pretty good bet. 

His remix puts a growling, fierce new take on the original and he swaps delicate tones for rumbling bass hits and synths that propel and drive the track forward with an intensity only he can conjure up.

An outstanding EP all round and a remix from Dixon that ranks as one of his best to date.

After 20 years since its inception, Drumcode continues to push the boundaries, firmly grounding their position as the world’s No.1 techno label.

Drumcode’s youngest rising star, Layton Giordani, exploded on to the scene after his debut album “Where It Begins” back in February, after scoring some of the biggest festivals in Europe this summer, he now returns with an exciting collab titled “Live Again”.

NY born and bred, Danny Tenaglia has always been a true inspiration for Layton since his teenage years, so when the opportunity to collaborate with the fellow NY legend was on the cards, it was a dream come true.

Danny and Layton join forces for the lead track ‘Live Again’. Its deep and dark with a slowly building pad wrapping around a modulating synthetic hook. The dark and effected vocal echo takes the track into a hypnotic vibe.

‘Take It Back’ delivers a pumping drive the moment it fires up. Snapping percussive force and an infectious rhythmic groove will unhinge dance floors nationwide, whilst ‘Secrets of Vibration’ has a rattling, yet blistering low end presence to it.

Drumcode favourite Harvey McKay returns to the label with a darker new sound.

The Glaswegian has been a regular contributor over the years, highlighted by the memorable ‘The Illusion of Control’ EP in 2014 and his newer work with brother Ryan under the Alias moniker. Earlier this year Drumcode released the duo’s ‘Pentatonic’ EP and featured a mix on Adam Beyer’s radio, which included ‘Black Dolphin’, kickstarting the hype on the track.

Named after the infamous Russian prison, the title track is dark, tough, deeply textured brooding affair, with a menacing touch than runs through its core. McKay then brings in a huge synth line and changes up the dynamic of the track, giving it a powerful and driving feel. ‘Retox’ is a dark and twisted heavy-hitting cut, driven by aggressive drums and bassline, while a hypnotic synth line sustains a sense of tension throughout the six-minute track. Concluding the package is ‘Cover Up’, a fantastic stripped back exploration into dark atmospheric techno territory that’s tailor made for the winter warehouse raving season.

Hot Creations favourite and Paradise resident Patrick Topping is back onboard the seminal imprint with the hotly anticipated, two track release, Be Sharp Say Nowt.

Road tested on the world’s biggest stages and at the most notorious parties, title track Be Sharp Say Nowt encapsulates Patrick’s signature sound and has proven to be his biggest track of the year. “The gospel vocal from LaShun Pace is amazing!” says Patrick, “I'm so happy to have it finally come out on Hot Creations”. On the flip, Track Change offers a contrast and a slightly different side to Patrick’s sound.

Spearheading the new wave of electronic music producers coming from the North of England, Patrick Topping has made a name as a prolific producer, securing seven different Beatport number 1s since his debut release in 2013. His accolades also count two DJ Awards for Best Newcomer and Track Of The Season for Forget, as well as DJ Mag’s Best Tune in their Best of British Awards. Clash Lion Records, run by Terr, Shall Ocin and Daniel Watts, is ready to release Fiberroot's EP 'Tierra'. The three tracker comes with two originals, 'Con Licencia Sibonei' and 'Roccodrillo', and Shall Ocin's majestic remix of the latter. The Argentinian DJ and producer, who has released on labels such as Bpitch Control, Ellum or Last Night On Earth, delivers a stomping techno take, which is built around twirling synth sounds with the potential of creating mental dance floor experiences. As Shall Ocin's take on 'Roccodrillo' proceeds the artist shifts his focus on sounds and exchanges the twirling synth with more calm synth chords giving the listener and dancer the opportunity to digest the aforementioned mental musical rollercoaster ride. 

Fiberroots's EP 'Tierra' will be released September 7th, 2018 on Clash Lion.
